it has touch features and you need to use it a lot because the keyboard has a mind of its own. I also hate all the in house ads and addons.

Bought this laptop 2 in 1 for schoolwork and it’s great. Turns on quick, good speed when using it, and the tablet feature comes in handy at times.

This PC is perfect. I have had it for 2 years now with no problems. It has plenty of memory and is super fast. GREAT PRODUCT.

The only negative is the keyboard keys are grey so even though backlit are tough to see unless you are sitting up straight and above the laptop.

Boots up and shuts down so fast. Has taken a little time to get used to Windows 10 but now I really like it. Got a great price and interest free.

Thanks to the last hurricane my laptop got dropped from a high shelf onto a concrete surface. Needed a replacement fast & Best Buy always comes thru. A great product for a great price.

Great laptop. The 14 inch screen is perfect. Ease and navigation is smooth and simple. Clarity of the screen is very clear and bright.

I’m a big fan of HP laptops. I tried a Dell but the HP is much more user friendly and I think it’s better made. Very happy with mine!

The process was very easy to order online and pickup at the store. Went to the store in Taxes for questions and review/hands on look.

It works like both a tablet or a computer when needed. Very light weight and easy to carry around. It is perfect for what I do in school.

I purchased to use for carrying to college, I don't like that it doesn't have a side numbers keypad, only on the one above the alphabet.

I thought that since I was a tablet user I would really like the touchscreen feature, but I did not. I exchanged for a non touchscreen laptop and have been much happier.

The price and overall performance of this laptop is great for the money. My only caution would be that you will want an external drive because the memory is very limited.

I bought niece 12 yr old , Niece, light weight , metal , lg keypad,touchscreen, solid state , durable , stay cool with the metal covers, has gaming capability at lower speed .
