Perfect lap top for my college school work and very easy to use.

Great laptop for students. I bought it for my daughter to use in college. She as told me many times how much she enjoys it.

This was a gift for our family to use, when ever needed. Comes in handy for research, planning, paying bills and of course.. Homework.

Small enough to fit in bag but large enough to easily see screen contents. Nice keyboard and it is pretty quick. So far so good

Ordered this online, and received it in just a couple of days. Did the store pickup, and was in and out in 15 minutes or less!!

This laptop was fine, I personally didn’t care for the touchscreen, but it did work as advertised. I exchanged this for a MacBook and am more comfortable with it.

Very fast, reliable, great materials, battery last over 2 hours, the only thing I think it's a little bit pricey.

Laptop has a lovely look and the features are good. Face recognition to login is good. Nice to use and fantastic display.

I mostly use it for school and it’s great. The only bad thing is that the front camera is not good quality but overall it’s a great beginners laptop

A little heavier than i would have wanted.....but processor makes up for it. Great picture sharpness. Highly recommend!!

Have an inexpensive 4 year old HP touch screen laptop; really like it and thought this would be an upgrade. The first one I took home had the fan noise and vibration of an 80's PC, so back it went. The second one's ability to connect to Wifi crashed after one week, so it went back and I got a Dell. The actual package of the HP was great, very slick. The touch screen was almost too reactive; I prefer the feel of the Dell. Sorry the HP couldn't work out but it was actually inferior to the old one which was about one-third of the price of the newer one.

I was skeptical about this computer, because it was an open box purchase. However, I have been satisfied with this product.. Yes, I would recommend to a friend.
