When e-learning was going to be imminent, we decided to upgrade our 2nd graders old Chromebook that she has had for 3 years. This was a fantastic purchase. Easy to navigate and use, she loves that she can also use the touch- screen.

Bought this for $500 during a Pre-Black Friday sale. At this price, that is a steal. This is a 2-in-1 laptop we are talking about. It comes with the latest (10th) generation of Intel Core i5 processor, which has improved power efficiency so your battery will serve you longer. It carries 256Gb SSD and 16Gb of Optane Memory. Not sure if the latter speeds up the laptop's performance (since it already comes with an SSD and does not have any HDDs), but its presence won't hurt anyone It is true Pavilion-series is still made of plastic and not metal (such as Envy), but it still has a good build quality, and budget oriented consumers would be happy with this laptop

I like the laptop in general, the fact that it is touchscreen makes it generally easier for me to use it. The only thing that's been rather frustrating is that the power button is on the side, and I'll accidentally press it every so often.

I bought this laptop during Black Friday sale; got a heck of a deal on the price. I have owned a lot of HPs (I am 56 years old) and this is the best one I have ever bought/owned. I love everything about it. Wouldn't change a thing!

I bought this for school use and it was a game changer! I had a Mac before this and I’m so glad I switched to this bc there is so much more you can do with it, the screen is nice and big and the touch screen is a huge bonus!

This laptop is super trim and light weight. Very portable yet sturdy enough for most users. Easy to get out of Safe mode, if you want. And so far resources are more than sufficient to get my work done quickly. Good value for the price.

Got this for $500 on black friday and I must say this is the best value for money 2-in-1 laptop at this price. Excellent build quality and the touch is great. Had fingerprint sensor too. So far no complaints.

No complaints. Nicest laptop I've had. Upgraded from an HP and wanted something that could keep up and make working from home easier. Would recommend to people trying to save money but in need of a good laptop for work.

Bought this during the Christmas sale, for my step daughter who's in middle school. She loves it. It's lightweight and she likes how sleek it looks. Definitely one of the better ones available within that price range at the store.

This laptop is light and easy to carry anywhere. The speed is awesome. The best feature is that I can use it as a tablet also. So convenient. Vibrant colors. The fingerprint feature makes logging in a breeze. Good memory capacity

I love it! This computer works perfectly and its an okay size! Love the touch screen feature and keyboard that lights up :) It is fast and easy to carry around and fast to charge!!! Would definitely purchase again!

We purchased this laptop for own son in high school and he is very happy with his laptop. We wanted to get him something that was light enough to take to school and fast enough for his homework and school projects. We considered some of the pricier options but didn’t want to spend that much for his first laptop. This one seemed to hit all the boxes at under 600 so we pulled the trigger. Right off the bat I can tell you it’s very quick and light. It looks much better than in the pictures. Since it’s not in the higher bracket it uses a lot of plastic so it doesn’t look as high end as other models but for a student on a budget it’s great. Set up was a breeze and he is very happy with it. I did t give it 5 stars because of the heavy plastic use but apart from that it’s a winner.

I need this laptop mainly for presentations and it is working well for that. Attaching a wireless speaker amplifies sound well. Touch screen is helpful for quick response.

Really fast, Great Aesthetic, Honestly everything is great! The laptop does get kinda hot though so I wouldn't let it sit on your lap but rather on a surface! Also I just overall love it and how it looks and like just wow

I’ve mostly used this laptop for basic internet surfing as well as linking it to my Cricut machine for designing shirts. It’s been wonderful and I love the ability to flip it for touchscreen tablet style use. It’s wonderful.

Light weight, nice small size and good key placement and function. Keyboard works great. Fast processor and uses cooling fan quite a bit. Only 2 USB ports but has the new USB-C port which is a nice addition. Nice laptop.

I had a 15.6 inch laptop and it was too heavy and did not have a lit up keyboard. This one was very reasonably priced, on sale, and has a lit up keyboard that you can adjust the brightness. I love this laptop. Very light.

This is my second HP Pavilion. The luminous gold is very nice, the backlit keyboard option is a really nice feature. Solid laptop with good speed, storage and options. Not too heavy and battery is pretty good so far.

I was looking for a light weight, portable tablet or laptop which has USB ports. I was shown several but the salesman recommend this one. He listened to my needs and was able to steer me to this computer. I felt he steered me right and I got the best bang for my buck! I am not computer literate but the activation and set up was a breeze. It even identified my printer with ease. I have had the laptop for 1 month and am extremely pleased.
