Great laptop, easy to set up. Works great. Came with some awesome standard features considering the reasonable price. I use this laptop daily as my work computer. Also really easy to travel with.

I purchased this laptop for work and personal use. It has exceeded my expectations. The set up was very easy and I love the touch screen. This was the first computer I have purchased in 20 years!

It is a great laptop to do all the basic office stuff like word excel and outlook. The Touch Screen is a nice touch when we have to show clients pictures and needing to pan around without a mouse.

Love my new Laptop! Its sleek and lightweight fits perfectly in my laptop bag. This is my second HP was debating on a Samsung but did not even compare. I would have liked a little more help in the store I research on my own then purchased online.

It's lightweight, easy to use, and quick to load my webpages. I haven't used it for anything really data-heavy, but it seems to have no issues.

I use this for basic uses. I wish it had more storage space on it, but I would have dropped more money for that. I've purchased two of these now....one for me and one for my daughter to use for school. No complaints from anyone in the family.

Great computer for productivity at work and for school. I use the touchscreen a lot and it’s a space saver since you basically cut the size in half by folding it for small projects.

I’ve read other reviews about the fan noise being an issue. But after using mine, the fan only comes on every so often. It isn’t even loud as some people have described. I enjoyed mine because I was able to access military sites from home.

Kind of a sad little laptop. As long as HP has been around, I would think that they could make a decent computer. This thing bogs down horribly if you have several internet tabs open. Keep it under 5 open tabs and you should be ok. Fan kicks on constantly. Battery life is between 2 to 4 hours depending on number of tabs and programs open. I usually have Word, OneNote, and a few tabs open, and it drains the battery in about two hours. I've since thrown this on the shelf and gone back to my old Lenovo Y500 laptop.

I’ve had this for nearly a year and it still works great for college and everything else. I appreciate that it is touch screen and the price was good. Highly recommend.

Got this for my daughter for middle school. She loves it as it is fast and perfect for online course work. I wanted a SSD i5 machine for her multimedia projects and the size of the SSD is ample for core programs and some editing software.

even though the screen size is smaller than what I was use to with my older laptop being a much larger screen, the changes that this new hp has are awesome. the touch ID is very nice for added security when you don't want to use a password, the keys are solid and touch pad very responsive especially with you being able to click down on it with little effort which might be annoying to some. all around I've had this laptop for over a month but have been busy with my delivery job to use it up until now and I love it for its ease of use

This is the third HP 360 2-in-1 I’ve purchased for our team (the previous two were Envy’s). They are fast and versatile, solid machines that meet our needs. I will keep coming back.

Purchased this for my Grandson who is a college student and needed to be able to do his classes on line since Covid 19! He loves it! Loves the touch screen and it's performance!

My wife uses it while taking computer class. It is light, fast and powerful. For her it was much better than the 15" I wanted to buy her. Now that I see how it has worked out, I agree.

First, the Sony tv has a great picture, and we are completely satisfied with that. On the negative side, AFTER it was hooked up by a Geek Squad member, we learned that it would not work with Spectrum cable. Wha?? Isn't that something that should have been shared with us during the sales experience? We had no idea that Spectrum and Samsung have a mutual exclusivity agreement. It worked out, because we learned about You Tube TV and are happy with it. On the sour side, we can't get You Tube TV on our SAMSUNG tv in the basement. So we're not sure yet if we are going to keep the Sony, but if we return it, it will not be because of poor quality.

This was Christmas gift to my husband and he love it. His laptop from last Christmas was too slow. This one is so nicer and a lot faster. This one is faster and nicer then I have.

This laptop has a sleek design, fast response and great features such as touchscreen, voice commands and 360 swivel screen. It has very fast and reliable performance. My son loved it.

No complaints on this easy to use laptop. My second one of this model, the first went to the kids for virtual school. Love the touch screen. Easy to set up.
