so far its been working great!! It starts fast, as expected & doesn't loose internet connection. Backlit keyboard is a definite plus!! Got it on sale so it was a great bargain too!

I state virtual because due to shipping restrictions the laptop I ordered never made it me. I have used this laptop before and it is a great laptop for the price point.

This laptop works very well so far. It has the latest generation Intel CPU, good memory amount and large SSD for this price point. Hardware is comparable to the more expensive Surface Laptop 3 however the plastic finish is not the same as a premium laptop but still decent. Touch screen is bright and responsive. Lighted keyboard is great to work in darker room. Got it at the same Black Friday price so it was a really good deal.

This laptop represents a good balance of price and performance. It is compact and light but still has good overall specifications for running windows 10 very smoothly.

Thus far it has met my expectations, research, searches, storing data, communicating with my school for homework, etc.

Good computer I like it it’s easy to use. Touchscreen and I can use it as an iPad I bought it for my son he’s happy. and I’m going to buy me another one it’s easy to use

So far so good. I like my android phone, and I really like what Apple offers with regards to tablets. But I like Windows based computers. First time with an SSD. Starts up very quickly. Use it for Zoom quite a bit now. Works well. Screen seems bright enough, and the speakers are pretty loud for Zoom and watching a videos. I haven't used it in tablet mode, but I use my ipad Air for that. It seems easier to get a reasonably priced laptop and have a tablet rather than trying to have one thing be both. And with Zoom, you can have up to 25 screens on this laptop as well, versus just 9 with my ipad.

Very fast with smooth keyboard. Love the flip to tablet option. Didn’t think I would use it but very handy. Touch screen is great too, also something I need to get used to. Overall I am very happy with purchase.

Love the features, user friendly and lite weight. Easy access to folders, files, and documents. Highly recommended.

Perfect for all I need to do. An excellent upgrade from my old laptop. Speed, clarity, expansive and will work well with any changing needs. Definitely recommend.

Like that the screen is a touch screen. A tablet and laptop in one. Everything works great and super fast only thing I don’t like is the power button on the side I hit it easily and locks computer. Other then that great.

i love the tablet form, the color and the security of the labtop it is great size to travel with and its good for all personal uses such as work or school.

Outstanding performance on a par with Ryzen laptops out there. Can actually play every game out there although at lower levels..The eight core I5 really performs.....

This computer is fantastic. Don’t spend more than you need to! I use this for work during the day and surfing/videos/music in the evenings. It’s fast and beautiful.

The computer is pretty fast as far as turning it on and using the daily applications such as internet browsing and watching movies. Not ideal for games requiring a heavy amount of computer processing.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 shelter-in-place, my wife quickly realized she needed a Windows laptop so she could access the programs she uses at her office that weren't available using our MacBook Pro. I read a few reviews and watched some recommendation videos, and this laptop seemed to hit the sweet spot between price vs performance. She's not gaming, so we didn't need to go overboard with the power. She's been very happy with it after 6 weeks and the fingerprint scanner is a nice feature to quickly log back in every morning. Overall, this has proven to be an excellent buy.

I am surprised how fast it opens and starts. I am using it so far for emails, watching videos, and surfing. It has a Intel I5 and I was concerned it would not be fast enough. It is for everything I have done with it. I use it daily and there has only been one issue and I am not sure if it is the computer or mouse. Shortly after start up if the mouse is idle for a few seconds it drops to the taskbar and when you think you are clicking on something you are really opening another window. I did have some concerns since this was an open box item but other than the one issue it has been flawless.

I love this laptop. I needed a smaller one to take to school when I teach and this one is perfect. It has everything I need to complete work at school and at home.

I love the slim design and the touchscreen. I also like that you can flip the keyboard behind the screen and make it more like a tablet.
