My old "Surface" died and this was my cost effective, size comparable replacement. Though out of stock at the local store, it was promptly shipped directly to me (shipping free). The staff member who processed my order and took my payment, under the canopy outside, provided guidance and encouragement to do so. He gave me the confidence and YES I was able to successfully follow the verbal and written instructions to be up and running on my own for my first online virtual meeting. Another example of why I can rely on Best Buy and am a rewards member for over 20 years.

Great computer, it works with ease. The speed of the internet works good. The computer I had before was very slow. The screen quality is good.

Spent a lot of money on a laptop when my son went to college. Didn’t last 2 years. Bought this one at a much better price and it works awesome.

It has a sleek design, boots on quickly, and runs extremely fast compared to other computers I've gotten. Definitely works for anything student related!

Good laptop. Haven’t used long but definitely could use some battery improvements and faster to load up but overall happy with my purchase. I was looking for something basic and lightweight

This was a surprise gift from my family friend to her husband on his birthday and boy does he love it big time. I had the opportunity to set it up and I noticed it's a very fast machine, and pretty good looking.

I love the feel of the laptop and that it's touchscreen. I was so amazed when I found out the screen flips back into a tablet. Best purchase I made at Best Buy!

I like it, as it is much faster than my 3 year old under powered Dell 2 in 1. The keys work well, nice firm feel when they "click". I saw a review that the display is washed out - I do not find that, it is fine for me. I am not a gamer though - basic email and apps like Quicken and web browsing, office apps, etc. I pretty much only buy 2 in 1's, as I can then use it with screen folded back like a tablet; to me the extra $50 or maybe $100 is worth it for that feature.

I've always heard great things about HP's and this one doesn't disappoint its fast and versatile I've had it for about 9 months and I still love it

Love this laptop! Touch screen or mouse pad for ease of use. Plenty of storage for my pictures, photos and spreadsheets. Highly recommended!!!

Nice and a clean look. Touch Screen monitor is great. I do recommend it to anyone. Easy instal, first time to have SSD on my laptop love the speed to boot up.

This was easy to get up and running. The display has great picture quality. Love the touch screen with the ability to fold open and use like a tablet.

Was a gift for my mom and she’s still raving about it. The download speed is fast enough for her work. Not too heavy for traveling overall a great buy.

I like my new laptop this is very light compared to my previous HP Pavillion. I like the feature that this can be turned into a tablet and starts up in less than 30 sec. So far I have been using this for 10 months And I do not see this getting heated up quickly as their predecessors. The touch is also good. But I feel the brightness is too bright even when I select low brightness so I ordered a Matte screen guard and it solved that problem. The second one is the power button is on the left side next tot keypad and I always push when trying to lift it or when I move around with my laptop may be If HP can think of an other spot for next releases.

in searching for a computer for our daughter the sales associate guided us to the best value in a computer that would work well for our daughter.

I was very hesitant about making any purchases on BLACK FRIDAY but the deal was the best and I wanted this model sooooo bad. But when i saw it on Black Friday for an amazing deal.... i just had to buy it!! I It's my business laptop that I carry everywhere and I iust can't live without it. I definitely must thank Best Buy for the amazing deal and help with all my questions that night. Not only is it a laptop but fold it back and it goes into tablet mode. I couldn't ask for anything as amazing this past Black Friday than this laptop. Thank you Best Buy !!!!

My HP laptop of 10 years screen was damaged by accident. I want to add that my HP laptop was great and lasted a very long time. I wanted to find the same laptop but a similar newer model. Well of course when you upgrade after 10 years, the technology rocks. Love this computer!! And I want to add the customer service was incredible. Not only did I get a discount with an open box I found the same computer for cheaper than the open box at Costco. Best Buy honored this and I received an additional $100 back. I am now a faithful Best Buy customer :)

Great laptop. Setup was very easy . Like the way that it can be used in different way. Screen quality is very good and the touch screen worked great.

Bought this laptop for college.. it’s been very reliable. The only complaint I could have is that the battery life is short. Over all I’m satisfied.

For the price I found it to be wonderful! It is very fast especially when booting up or shutting down. HP is an amazing brand and I highly recommend it, I personally would only buy Dell or HP laptops. Only problem I've ran into so far is while playing games I've noticed some lag due to the lack of a proper graphics card, as this PC uses Intel HD 620 graphics, which work well for most things. It can also stream vidoes in 1080p without any issues.
