Bought this laptop for my cousin who needed to upgrade for school and personal use. Lighting fast and has a great screen.

Great for working from home, love that is touch screen, so much easier for web searching, love it so far, no complaints.

Found that it is easy to use and enjoy it better than a computer. It's very easy to transport wherever.

It's pretty fast, lightweight, and silent. The screen size is great if you want a laptop that isn't too big or small.

I love the weight, the look, it operates smoothly, but the fan runs loud in it when I use certain applications. Not sure if it a defect but I may need to return.

Went into my local Best Buy to get an opinion and recommendation of an Associate as far as a laptop that would be similar to my previous laptop which was having issues that wouldn't of been worth it to fix and got this laptop recommended to me and so far I am more than happy with the recommendation and love it. It's very easy to use and set up and perfect for every day daily use and more.

I pouch asked this devise for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. She plans to use it for her college education. Although she chose this model, the store representative was very helpful answering questions and guiding us to make our decision. Because the purchase was at the beginning of the shutdown, the curbside pickup was very easy. I appreciated the safety precautions and felt comfortable with the plan. We are very pleased with our purchase from Best Buy.

This has been the perfect size to be portable. Hardly notice the weight and has enough power to do everything I need.

I like my new laptop, but I understood that it was suppose to have a lighted keyboard, and it does not. Also, I was told that it would cost me $80. to have my old laptop information transferred to my new laptop and when I had it done it cost me about $100. I was not a happy camper. Another thing, I think that Best Buy would be happy to have someone buy an item from them and go over the workings of the item for free. No, its about $40. to have that done. Unfortunately, I did not have it done because it was not in my budget. Trying hard to figure some things out with the help of some of my friends.

I have purchased HP/Compaq for 30 years. This one is just adequate. 10 hour battery life..not so, try 5 to 6..and I'm only on two google screens. After major updates occur, the speaker will make a squelching noise and I have to update/reinstall the speaker driver. I prefer the Envy to this, but this is adequate for my use.
