Laptop is great, but have had a few issues

Within the first 3 months, the first issue was that the laptop would not charge or turn on. After getting a free repair covered by the warranty, the laptop now will not charge. If battery dies to 80%, it will hold at 80% even when plugged in for days. It will only occasionally charge back to 100%, but unsure the reason. Unable to have this looked at again due to the quarantine and the need for the laptop while working from home.
