Ok laptop with great specs for the price at that time. The two major flaws is that they put the power button on the side, so it is easy to accidently push. Had to wait the button off on the system. Also, it will not hold a charge on suspend. So I went up always shutting down, instead of just choosing the kids like my previous laptop. Plus the noise pad is clunky, and send kind of cheap.

This is a good laptop if you get it on sale. I would buy a Lenovo otherwise for better specs but I was on a budget. The HP is very nice looking, fast enough although higher RAM would obviously help. The screen and graphics are really good. It's just a little heavy, especially for a 2-in-1. The construction could be better because when you touch the keypad sometimes it does things you didn't intend as a result of loosely done assembly/inferior construction to Lenovo. But it more than gets the job done.

I found it easy to use and powerful enough to deal with almost everything I threw at it. I liked that it came with enough hard drive space especially that it is SSD. I had no issues streaming Neflix and the other streaming services. I had a Dell before this and when I would use any Video calling service(Skype,Hangouts...) it would get really loud and the other party would hear that,NOT so with this one so far.

I purchased this for a 9 year old, he is doing his schoolwork at home due to COVID 19. He can easily navigate this computer, completes his work and is able to send it in. The salesperson said this computer would last several years and I believe it will. It is a bit pricey but I shouldn't have to replace it soon. It has a quick operating system and runs efficiently and smoothly. Battery life is great.

I have several computers in the house , a Lenovo desktop and laptop but both are slow and the laptop relatively heavy. My new HP Pavilion has more features then either , can be used in tablet mode and is compatible with the latest printers. The touch screen is great and unaffected by the SuperShields screen protector that I have added. In short it is the best option both in terms of price and performance.

It’s a good laptop. Only gripe that it’s just a little heavy for note taking in tablet mode and the battery life isn’t the best.

It’s different than my desk top and iPad .. the battery life isn’t great.. I barely spend any time on it and it drains easily..

This was just the perfect computer for my usage. I enjoy the capability of touch screen.

use for working at home. Quick bootup and no issues. Backlit keyboard is a plus

Small, fast, and lots of memory. The fingerprint scanner works wonderfully. I love this computer. I purchased it as an portable addition to my home computer but find myself using it more than the big one. The tablet capability is perfect for reading pdf documents in portrait mode. Love it! Definitely a perfect purchase.

I really like this laptop because it's really lite and compact. The battery lasts approx 2 hours. Wish it lasted longer.
