Except the noise of the CPU Fan Product is Great

The only issue I noticed is the CPU Fan makes little noise than other laptops. In the menwhile, I found similar good deal at Lenovo during Chrismas Sale and hence returning this HP at Bestbut and as usual their return during this Season is always very smooth and easy. But it's great product though and worth invest in it.

I did purchase an external disk drive, and love it too. This “convertible note book/tablet” is a great value. She loves it (Amy wife Vina). This computer has a 1 TERABYTE hard drive onboard. WOW!!! Even has a lighted keyboard. Nice. I cannot think of any negatives to post. 95 STAR performer.

Great size and weight!

Cortana followd you through step by step instructions on starting up your new laptop and even comes with fingerprint scanner! I enjoy that it's an actually laptop portable size, I can carry it around in my purse and it isn't heaven at all.

It has been used not only for college courses, but our children have had to borrow it to use it daily to do classwork as well. It has been dropped, and it's in great shape even after being dropped. I'd recommend this computer to anyone.

Good quality for the price

It also has the flip to tablet option which is nice. But on the cons side I would have to say the mouse is a SUPER touchy and sensitive, which can be a pain if you aren’t used to a Windows laptop.
