The laptop is little heavy but have I5 10 processor which is good in the current market.

Everything to like about this unit. We insisted on a backlighted keyboard, which this unit has. Or does it? Our laptops with dark keys have the letters/numbers/etc clearing showing when the keyboard backlight is on, not just around the edges, but thru the keys themselves. Because this unit has silver/grey keys, the backlight does not shine through. Maybe it's my old eyes, but even when backlit I cannot see the keys without having auxiliary light to help. Lesson learned: will not buy another unit with silver or light color keyboard keys. FYI, Best Buy now selling the exact same unit for a hundred+ $ less than we paid a month ago.

This laptop is fine if all you are doing is light web browsing which is what I do. the sound is very low. the display is great. the battery life is NOT great at all. I find that I don't like the power on button to be on the side of the computer. But like I said, I only use it for light browsing and watch some movies.

Use this laptop for work purposes (MS apps, Salesforce, etc) as well as light gaming. Handles playing WOW, Ori and the Blind Forest, and more with beautiful graphics and decent FPS (around 50) when plugged in. Battery life is great, around 6 hours when in constant use for working/4 hours when gaming.

Good performance for the price... not issues for comun use like web surf and streaming.

A great computer. The speed VC is more than adequate.

I’ve been using this laptop since mid-March. It was one a few left in stock when stores were still open and I bought to be able to work from home. It has a fast processor and is quick to start when turned on. I love the fingerprint ID option built into the keyboard. It’s quiet and doesn’t heat up at all, even when using it for 8-10 hrs straight. Overall it has been great for me.

I got this laptop for good deal. Very flexible to use & performance is good.

This laptop is very nice! I purchased it mostly for school and ended up using it for so much more. I love the backlight on the keyboard and the touch screen is amazing! The speakers are nice and clear. I love that Netflix came installed already. My only complaint is the mousepad, it’s very sensitive. My hand brushes up against it while typing and my screen starts going crazy.

Great use for college for my son. Good size to carry around and great features

Super light weight, fast, and can run my games (just Minecraft and the Sims 4) without a problem, both downloaded quick and painlessly. Only thing I would change is having more than one USB port, but that’s just personal preference and doesn’t effect really anything much Overall fantastic laptop

Have had for over a month and enjoy the adequate capabilities and power at this price point. Video play, Microsoft office apps, web browsing responsive. Physical build does not have a plastic or flexing of the body: seems durable for price point. Recommend for average computer user for future proofing.

We like it. Easy to use and carry anywhere. Able to connect to home internet.
