Fan can be loud sometimes but not unbearable. It does get hot sometimes

Works great! Much better than old Dell laptop but getting used to windows 10.

This is a nice laptop for kids. There are some small items I would have preferred. The keyboard is back lit but it would be nice if the keyboard was a contrasting color. As with windows, it almost tries to anticipate your actions and that can be irritating. Using MS Word was a little difficult because of this quick response. Sometimes you don't need super quick responses.

It is fast ,very easy to use, great key board and haven't had any problems.

The laptop I was using was purchased in 2009. I've been wanting a new one for a few years. This was a great price to I pulled the trigger. Very happy with my purchase. I did need a little help from the Geek Squad. They were Super!

Great storage and running! Runs Minecraft great! My only complaint is that you have to set up a password even if you don't want to. Other than that, I really enjoy the features and it is very easy to switch from computer to tablet.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for Christmas. She loves the laptop, it’s easy to set up as Cortana walks you through the set up. You don’t have to be a pro to work it. The sound and graphic are great compared to its previous model. The price was great as I purchased it while on sale.

I have had this computer for quite some time now and have had no issues at all. I use for school (college) and general purposes and it’s worked great for that. It’s display is beautiful, it’s built tough and slim too. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This is such a handy computer and works so well. It is a tablet and laptop all in one and is such a perfect size. I love this product the only thing I miss are the number keys on the side of the keyboard but there isn't enough space so I get that and can work around that.

It was nice. My sister likes it . Would be nice if it was 360 tho.

Bought this for the price and the cool color. Love the light up keyboard. Only downside for me is no ten key pad on it. Still good laptop for what I need to do. Basic data entry word docs and excel spreadsheets

Great computer if your looking for something to use for school. I upgrade had my last HP for 5 years. It's light weight and the sound quality is amazing. I watched a movie and it was very good. I love how you can use it as a tablet too. Very pleased with my purchase

Battery life not great but easy to operate and a great value.

My wife needed a windows based laptop for school but really wanted a 2in1. The rep in store spent a good amount of time working with her to find the right one and even made sure she had the equipment to draw on the screen. Handles everything she needs for school and a bunch more!

I replaced a Leveno Ideapad that could not be update plus it was starting to shut down by itself and flicker while using it. I was highly disappointed that it could be updated. I only had the computer 1 year before it could not be updated, but I kept it for 3 more years.
