Bought this to replace an old Sony laptop. In all honesty, I didn’t need the touch screen but there wasn’t anything available with similar specs. The keyboard feels a little cheaply made. Plasticly and for some reason certain fonts look a bit blurry. I guess for the price was a good purchase but don’t really love it.

Hp should be ashame! A big mistake I made was not paying attention to the battery life of this dame computer. You guy's i'm so up set! Man!!!! I have to have this computer plugged in all the time. And I mean all the time. this is a nuisance 24/7 !

The service was great. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the computers. He did not hurry me into a decision or push anyone product on me. When I left, I felt like I got a good deal and got what was best for me. No regrets.

Great replacement for a regular sized laptop. It's light and easy to use and does everything the old laptop can do and more. Highly recommend to anyone concerned about downsizing equipment.

This has been a great laptop for me. I work from home and mostly use this for paperwork and a little bit of entertainment. I'm not great with tech, so it's important that I have tech that's super user-friendly; and this laptop is just that.

This could not have been a better purchase for me to be able to work from home! The speed is fantastic and it's definitely a plus that the keyboard lights up. Setup was very easy and was step-by-step. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased this laptop as a gift for my wife. She has been very impressed with the battery life, the speed of startup, and overall processing power.

Product is great. Best buy was not. Salesman guaranteed us the laptop that they had on sale that they did not have in store would be shipped to us by saturday. We purchased on a Thursday. Daughter had to be back in college sunday. So we asked him if we should send it to her school instead. NOOO IT WILL BE THERE SATURDAY. Well guess what saturday came and went and laptop didnt show up until monday. Now im stuck trying to get it to a school thats 5hrs away. And bestbuy doesnt give a crap. Says i can return it. How about not buy anything from them again

We bought this for our granddaughter who is 7 it is her first computer. She will be using it for homework and playtime. We had a lot of questions for our salesman and he answered all of them and showed us choices that would be good for her.

I just love this laptop. I had always bought HP products but the last laptop was another brand. I am so happy to be back with HP. The touch pad is great. It was easy to set up.

This is my 4th computer and this time I gog yhe warranty on it. My other ones didn't have warranty andv I didn't have them with warranty before they went out on me. This one I have it because it is a wise thing to do.

Only had it for a month or so, but at this point the hardware seems solid. My only complaint is when you flip to tablet mode it seems to get stuck there, even after flipping back. Not sure if it's an HP thing or a Windows thing? We'll probably just use it as a laptop as we had with the prior one.

I really like this laptop. It is touch screen, 360 rotation yadayada. What I didn't like is that it did not come with the stylus. It didn't look like it was professionally packaged either. Other than that, it works beautifully.

This model with its i5 processor is worlds better than the same configuration we had with an i3. Same ram, same everything else. But the step up in processor made this a delight compared to the worse than sluggish i3. The i3 was barely sufficient to handle email, let alone surf the internet.

My old computer had become very slow and argumentative, so I decided to replace it. I thought about upgrading, but the prices were prohibitive (I only play games and pay bills on line) The new computer is so similar to the old one, that I had no trouble switching. Simple and effective.

Great picture quality, super fast and when you fold it doesn’t look to bulky. Works great with the pen. If you ask me the pen is not needed as much since it is touch screen, unless you draw a lot. Much better than my last laptop,

This is a good laptop bought on sale for one of my users. they have been happy with the purchase as have I because it has been trouble free. The 14" screen is the best size not to big and not to small

I had an HP ENVY laptop tor 7 years, It worked just fine until I spilled coffee om it. When it came to a new laptop, I didn't think twice, It had to be another HP, but this time I chose a 14". So far I have had no problems,

It’s a good computer. Had it for almost 2 years now and I don’t have any complaints. It’s a tablet when I need it to be and has a great size screen, not to big or small.

This is my primary laptop now. I had a 15" HP Pavilion before this, which I love and still sometimes use. But I like this 14" Pavilion with SSD even more. I also have an 11" HP which I use when I'm on the road.
