Love being able to use as a tablet along with as a laptop. Battery life is not as great as I expected but it is light weight and works fast.

We bought this as an open box item. It's been good and huge upgrade from my Wife's last computer. She loves it. Only thing is that it does get a little hot. but happens when consumer wants laptops to be lighter.

Love the design of this computer and when it is not have issues it is great! I little disappointed that I have had to have maintenance already 6 months into purchase.

I did not notic that it had no 10 key and it has no way to download to a disk. I will overcome these things but i should have been more careful in my choice. In other words, it a nice unit but i needed to pay better attention.

The initial Geek Squad member gave me incorrect information. After making another appointment Geek Squad member "Tom Witmer" was very helpful and answered many questions. This product is okay for my needs, but still have questions.

Bought it as a gift for my wife, she loves using this laptop as her everyday go to, can turn the screen around and use it as a tablet as well.

Wow, so much to learn but don't regret my purchase. Only drawback is the keys aren't black/white so it's harder to "as" the keyboard even with the lighting option it has. Love that's it's a 360° and you can use a stylus pen.

I really like the color, versatility, display, and ease of use. It's durable and enough for general use and purposes. Batter life leaves a bit to be desired, but it's a great laptop!

My Daughter loves her new computer she is always talking about how fast all her programs run on it and how great her new bamboo pen works with it she does online schooling .

I love this laptop it's easy to use, clear and super fast , I wish I could keep it but there was certain features should be in the laptop for me to use it in class it have great camera never d/c the net in class I recommend it
