This computer is really nice looking catch, works fantastic, And is full of great features. The backlit keys shine bright and I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my 15 year olds birthday gift. She was beyond happy with it. This will help her with her art projects and school work, not counting her social media. So far so good, I have no complaints

When I use any laptop, I expect to close the lid and not shutdown due to work or something, and when I return to resume work where I left off, the laptop should start where I stopped. This laptop looses charging when it remains closed (lid closed). After I noticed the issue, I tested it out by charging it 100% and didn't do any work on it and just closed the lid. After a few days, when I open the lid, the laptop wouldn't start and need to be charged from 0% again. I also tested it out by setting the hibernation mode on so when I close the lid, it hibernates and saves power. But that also proved to not work.

Would like to have one more for my home use. I work with it in my office especially flexible in my team discussion.

My third HP in 10 years and this one is really fast!. Very light easy to carry and all the quirks you want in a laptop in 2020.. Absolutely worth the money!

Day one this computer was a major improvement over my other laptop. It works smoothly and manages several tasks easy. Very happy with the purchase.

This was for my daughter for school so that she can complete the work from home. It works great and has more than enough power for what she needs.

Still transitioning into this machine. Just about recovered everything from our Microsoft pro it replaced. Needed the larger screen area otherwise probably would have gotten another Microsoft pro.

Good little laptop for cruising the internet or working on my school projects - typically in Word. Some short lag times in getting to sites, but I'm not sure if that's my router and wonky wifi???

Bought computer because old laptop was not able to allow me to teach online. This computer let me continue working during the COVID 19 quarantine.

Bought this for a friend that needed a reliable com. This is a nice little machine for the money. Very pleased.

The only purchase I wish I hadn't made from Best Buy. I've been on computers since the early 90's and this thing is pretty sorry. I bought it because I was looking for the backlit keyboard since I use it in the dark often. I wish this thing had more memory and didn't rely on the cloud. I still haven't gotten my files from my old computer and best buy didn't offer to transfer my files... sad about that!

Excellent laptop with more than adequate hard drive and RAM storage. It could use another USB connection. Otherwise, it meets my needs and then some.

This is a great device. It has everything that my wife needed in a laptop, and she loves the fact that she can flip it around and use it as a tablet.

This laptop is a great one! The screen is a nice size and just what I needed coming from a Chromebook. I love that this converts into a tablet as well.
