Basic laptop for home use

The laptop’s camera picture is blurry!

I purchased the laptop and also purchased Geek squad support for a year. I left my old laptop and my new laptop with the store to transfer all files and set up the new computer. Upon getting it home I realized the camera is poor. I would like to exchange the laptop but the Geek Squad will not, because of social distancing, transfer the files to the exchange computer. 76 and not sure how to transfer. Guess I am giving both computer and squad a 3!
