    Good computer, features and value but my basis for the 2 star rating is more an HP issue. I have an old pavilion laptop and an Envy laptop that was purchased in 2018. The old pavilion died (unrepairable) and the envy has had the flip screen replaced not once...but twice at a cost of $150 a pop. Now mind you this is an adult owned laptop that never leaves the one room in our house. So I guess just opening and closing the lid was too much for it after 2 years. HP support useless if out of the warranty and who wants to mail their laptop to HP anyways for repair. My advice is treat these HP laptops as disposable and certainly get the geek squad extended warranty. HP Quality has slipped over the years and this coming from an HP guy. The only reason we went with a 3rd HP is we were under the gun to buy one during the lockdown and I just didn't have time to research other brands. At least with HP I know what I am getting - ok laptop that won't last over 3 years. HP has managed my expectations over the years :)
