Not the best for my profession

However, I made the mistake of engaging with an employee who literally forced this laptop on me. I was under tremendous pressure already to find a replacement laptop for work & the stress made me succumb to buying it. I found this laptop to be clunky overall. I didn’t like the feel of the keyboard. Track pad wasn’t very good quality. Also there is a delay in sound if you use Bluetooth, which was the major dealbreaker for me. Don’t get me started on the bloatware. In conclusion, all of these aspects made my job MUCH more difficult and frustrating than it already is. Also, this laptop is not as light as the surface, which can be a bummer for your back if you travel as much as I do.

Not a happy person

Didn't' realize this until I got home and noticed the box was to big. When I opened it up so that it was a 14 inch and not the 13 inch. I went back back again to get the right size.

Needed to exchange

With that in mind I did not want to take a chance going back and going through the trouble of exchange. The mouse does not work like it should along with the computer is not level when on flat surface

Fan ..

I took it to the squad and they said right away what the issue was

Decent laptop

It serves its purpose but the fan gave up after a year. Ordered a replacement fan and replaced it. Other than that everything seems to hold up well.
