Good value. Bought it for my daughter for her college classes, however, used less than 2 months, pandemic began. Stayed home and never used it. Will see how good it will be until next fall.

Wish there would've been live sales person to explain everything about this product & its functions, but unfortunately purchased during closure of store - C-19. So because of that, I'm not excited about it.

This is my first laptop and it suits me just fine. I kind of wish I purchased the one with the keypad though. That's just me being extra :) . Not bad for the price I purchased it for.

I have used HP for years and never had any problem until i bought this one- the worst laptop i’ve ever had. The fan heats up and makes such a horrible noise that i have to turn it off. What the point then to have a laptop if you can’t use it. Never ever HP again!

Bought the Computer mistakingly thinking it was a little bigger size. When opened it realized it was smaller than wanted and returned soon after opening

I'm satisfy overall with this item. It was exactly what I needed at this time.

Got this as an upgrade for work, I got set up then found about same thing at another store for a lot cheaper. Always shop around

I made the mistake of thinking that there were 3 USB ports when I bought this. There are only 2 of them and they are tight and poorly located. The whole laptop is awkward and hard to use as far as picking it up and plugging stuff in. You pretty much have to unplug the power cord on one side of the laptop to plug in the USB on the other side. Anyway it is okay and I will deal with it until I can afford something else.

We bought this computer in December. 1 month after purchase it kept crashing. We have had to return it 3 times for repair.

Nice machine. Would probably buy again. But the desk top started flickering upon log on after about 3 months.

Its good laptop I like it only it is small and prize is high so its value is fair and other things are ok.

Sorry I returned this item although it was great to me but my hubby want another brand that he likes.

On the surface, it's a great laptop. However, there are two major problems with the Pavillion. First, it does not handle wifi connections well at all. No matter the attempted fix, it constantly disconnects from the internet. Second, the track pad is ultra sensitive (even at it's lowest setting) and creates constant problems with accidental touches that move the cursor to unexpected or clicking buttons fatal to your work tasks. Another problem is the odd placement of a very sensitive power button, which is prone to accidental trigger.

The picture is difficult to see most of the time. Edge coloring is too light. Good price.

I’m having technical issues on this device. It will shut off periodically. Even if it is plugged in, it will turn off. I asked the geek squad to repair it and it has been over a month and no one has been assigned to fix it. I start school in a week, hoping it will be done by then.
