Its a fast laptop but recently i noticed that there are some damages inside the screen which are noticable when the laptop is off. Its an expensive laptop but those kind of mistakes makes me think apple products are best in quality.

Product is average. It is good for basic level usage.

Not sure if I purchased a lemon, but this laptop shuts down, without warning, multiple times a day. It just recently started this 6 months after purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase protection plan from geek squad, but I am going back and forth with hp.

It does not support 3 monitor. Everything else is ok.

Very bad bad bad service from best buy I call by phone and I wait 1 hour 15 minutest so the lady make me appointment for return back the labptop who I bought and then the transfer me answer mechian this is not exportable at all it is not enough that I find the price very high I found more less and more better specification I want someone call me on my phone number 7036891818

The fan started to go out after 1 year. For the price of the laptop that's not good. Other than that it's a solid laptop and very light and thin. I probably won't buy another HP because of this experience.

I bought this laptop from bestbuy and found the the laptop is making too loud noise, I have contacted HP support team they said heat sync fan is faulty, I went to bestbuy for replacement but they don't have another one in stock it was all sold out, then I have returned this laptop to bestbuy.

This is the worst laptop I have every have, never never invest in it. the fan making noise and it is running very slow.

I bought this to replace my 2012 MacBook Pro. My 2012 MacBook Pro runs faster and better than this thing does, even if I install windows on the MacBook it runs better and faster

Before you leave the store make sure you have all of the parts. I was missing the wall charger and had to order one from HP, ugh.

I purchased this laptop solely for work. I use it 10 hours a day, every day. I had a 17" laptop before this, so getting used to the smaller screen was hard, but not impossible. When I sit at my desk, I have a 24" monitor I plug it in to. However, my biggest pro for this computer is how easy it is to transport!! I spend a lot of my time on the road moving around from place to place and this computer is perfect for that! I can close it, drive to Starbucks, open it and it is instantly back where I left it. The battery life is pretty good but I always bring my charger anyways just in case. It is super fast and extremely reliable. Not having a CD ROM does not bother me at all. I never use one anyways! Only downfall is that there are only two USB ports so if you need more ports, you have to get an external one with more. I only need this when I'm at my office and use my wireless mouse, wireless keyboard and external hard drive. It does have an HDMI port which is awesome for plugging in to my large screen. Honestly guys, this is a great little computer for the money!!! Side note - I thought I would get a ton of use out of the tablet option, but I never do. Not because it is hard to use, but because I never have a reason to. I'm sure this would be a great feature for someone, but for me, it's neither here nor there. :) :) Hope this helps!

I have just purchased this laptop. Fan is making lot of noise. Going to return it.

i traded up to a better pc. it runs really slow. i replaced this unit with a dell inspirion.

Battery keeps dying- already had to replace power cord. Somewhat disappointed

I bought two of these laptops for my daughters as a Christmas gift and one of them stopped working 6 days later due to the fan not working. It was first powered-on on Christmas and died 12/31. I wanted another but BestBuy service was awful as to a timely turn around for another. But before I do I need to see how long the other one holds up.

Screen died a week after purchase. Returned to store and now trying a different brand.

I will never buy this laptop again. It died this past weekend. I bought it at the end of January 2020 and I just learned that I can't return it. The return ended in February 2020. Never again will I use Best Buys.
