Fan runs constantly - not worth the money

The fan runs constantly and makes the laptop very hot. I've done everything I know to fix the issue. Today in the middle of a work meeting the laptop crashed, won't turn on or do anything. such a waste of money

Cheap screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop new, and was in process of doing the initial setup, went to pick the laptop up to move it and the screen cracked. HP says this occurred because i was not "careful" enough. I get it of the laptop falls or gets stepped or something like that, to me if the laptop cannot support its own weight then it is poorly/cheaply made product. This is disappointing as i have spent tens of thousands on HP products im the past because they have up to this point put out a fairly decent product. Time to find a new manufacturer.

Laptop just stopped working

It keeps saying I need to put an operating system on it and nothing else. But up ubrill that point it was the perfect school/work laptop as this was the only issue I’ve ever had with it
