Have had several laptops but I really love the touch screen , makes using a laptop so much easier and quicker. Going to be buying another one soon , maybe a faster processor next time but this does everything I need it to for now.

It's sturdy, it's competent, it's just what I need. The touchscreen works well for creating low-end digital art (get a drawing tablet for better results). I'd love more storage - 512GB would be great. I think the device's RAM and storage are both expandable, and I may do that. Also, Windows 10 Pro would have been a better choice, for my purposes. With the set up as it is, I feel like the machine is responsive and capable, and I really enjoy using it.

This pc is fast. Good memory and storage...good use if have ports. Good colour and clarity. This pc is light weight and easy to manuever...good ergonomics.keyboard is also very ergonomical.my one negative observation...if you want to call it that us that the keyboard does not light up when in use...otherwise...this is a highly efficient laptop for the cost.

I purchased this as a second computer to have around for travel. It’s nice and lightweight. Functions pretty much as expected. I like the keys on the keyboard and the mouse is smooth. One thing I would change is the position of the power button. It’s right in a place where I tend to hold the keyboard when on my lap and i’ve Turned it off several times by mistake because of it. Otherwise, nice laptop for the deal I got for Black Friday.

This laptop is very fast. It does everything I want it to do. I wish its battery lasted longer.

It has the standard high quality you expect from HP. Decently powerful, very nice screen. Extremely responsive on the touchscreen and the touchpad. The only ding I can give is that the fingerprint reader is picky sometimes. It seems that it is occasionally not communicating with the computer, but that could be a software issue too.

See above. I have about a half dozen laptops, most of which are HP. So I bought my kid a HP. The computer performs as expected, i.e. fast and reliable. The sales rep was outstanding. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Great sale price was a clincher!

This is a great laptop. I really love the backlit keyboard. Touchpad is responsive without being too sensitive. Other reviews mentioned it was noisy when the fan starts going but I have not experienced that. I can hardly hear it. Its the perfect size, not too big and not too small. Overall great quality and value for the price.

This is a nice small laptop. I had to update it right of the box, but once I got all that done it’s perfect. It was simple to set up. I tried using the app to connect to my iPhone, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’ll try later. Not sure I even need to have it synced with my phone. It’s just nice and sleek and exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this laptop 6 months ago, I have owned many laptops, but HP Pavilion 360 is a perfect one for me. It's very easy to set up and continues to operate in a fine smooth manner. I also love the laptop design and touchscreens feature because I can easily zoom an image or texts whenever I read. Overall, a great laptop.

My first 2-1 laptop. I purchased for personal use at home. I could not be happier with this HP. I consider myself just an average user. Windows run fast and efficiently. The display is beautiful and touch screen works great. I use a stylus pen while the laptop is tent folded in tablet mode. The touchpad and keys for typing work great.

This laptop is very fast and the display quality is wonderful. Only problem is with the keyboard. The keyboard lights work great but I wish the keys were a dark color. Otherwise, this HP laptop is really nice....light weight so you can set it on your lap and use as a large tablet. I highly recommend this product. Nice job HP!!

Chose this HP for its Windows system and because my daughter had the previous model and liked it. I like that this laptop is touchscreen and that the keys light up (my daughter’s didn’t), however, I get frustrated with the touchpad because it isn’t very sensitive so I have to forcibly click on it for the computer to recognize my commands. Other than that, I’ve had no other issues with this product.
