Lightweight and performs well. HP makes great laptops.

I am so happy that I bought this laptop. I had an old computer and didn't think I would know how to use a new one with Windows 10. It has everything. This laptop has a touchscreen, backlit keyboard, webcam and all different ports, and it has a beautiful soft gold finish. Everyone I've shown it to has loved it.

Nice touch screen laptop and light on your pocket $$

Got this for my little sister to finish high school and start college. She loves the Windows Ink feature, and how fast it is for her daily tasks - mostly schoolwork and video. She's not a gamer. From personal experience, you're not gaming much with Intel integrated anything. Battery life seems good. Excellent quality feel.

I needed a table and computer for a small business I run. I love this product! The resolution on the screen is amazing. It is lightweight and does everything I need it to. I love that it has a fingerprint scanner for extra security as well! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a multi functional device!

First new computer I’ve bought in 10 years. Things have changed....a lot! Overall, simple to learn the new features and set up. I do miss the DVD drive but that is antiquated now. I use mostly for internet and MS office (sold separately) Light weight and can be used as a laptop or tablet. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this to gift my brother during Thanksgiving for $500. Happened to be one of the best purchase I made in that season. It is compact and had good screen quality for the price range. Although I feel I should have upgraded the Storage but would not complain about it for the given price range. RAM is sufficient for Basic and Microsoft office usage. Provided with latest generation processor.

I got this for my son for college and he loves it. He takes it to school everyday and it’s been a life saver for him. I’m hoping it’ll last him throughout his bachelors degree at least. I got a great price too from Best Buy. It’s a flip screen so he can watch Netflix and also a touchscreen. He uses both a lot.

One of my girls has a Chromebook, and it works for her for now. My almost 6th grader needed more juice- especially with distance learning being normal for the moment. Touch screen offers good flexibility for tablet mode, Windows offers great parental control, and web based apps are working quite well.

My wife loves this computer! She even sleeps with this device! I surprised her with it for her birthday and she just went crazy!! The Speed, The Look, The 2-in-1 features are what she loves the most! All I cared about are the specs and the Price!!!

Everything, from screen resolution to performance is great. Great buy at this price range. I would recommend this for personal use, who has a need for both a laptop and a tablet. The laptop comes with a fingerprint sensor, an added security feature. All over 4.5/5 after 1 year of use.

Really good functionality with the touchscreen and keyboard usage, good speed

This replaced an 8 year old hp. Wasn’t sure I would like or need a 2- in 1 and am very glad I’d did. Love having the ability to use as a tablet when lounging on the couch. 14” is a great all around size. Performance wise this is more than enough for media and everyday chores. Got on sale at a great price too.

Very easy set up. Excellent speed and camera. Great design and very easy keyboard to use as opposed to some of the other name brands out there. Keyboard is backlit so is with just the right amount of LED lighting presents a great aesthetic look as well. Will be purchasing another one for my wife!

This laptop is great. Very fast to boot up. Surfing the internet is a breeze. Very sturdy and stable computer. It does not feel like I am going to break it like some laptops when you touch them. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

This is exactly what I wanted and needed. Returning from a iPad to a laptop it is so great tp have a touch screen and tablet mode. I have had no problems with the hardware It has worked perfectly right out of the box. Windows 10 required a steep learning curve, but not as bad as I expected

This computer is great! I bought it for school and it works amazingly. I can sign in so quickly and it is so fast. I don’t even have to wait long for my tabs to load. The battery is good too. I can be off the charger for a couple hours before charging. I am really happy with my purchase!

This is a beautiful laptop! Perfect size, phenomenal features, great color! Bought it for our son to start college. Nothing fancy, just exactly what you need for college classes, writing papers, etc. We love the 2-in-1 that makes the laptop double as tablet. Touch screen is a must!

This was a gift for my daughter she loved it beautiful color so slim and stylish. Good speed for what she wanted it for she likes to draw and has her own drawing pad so the speed and quality was nice. The picture is clear and bright when she wants to watch her shows or videos.

I was tired of earbuds falling out and not blocking outside noise. These are great. Excellent service to help with the decision. I was also able to get $70 off the regular price by buying a light color rather than black. Essentially he same price as the model that is one step lower.
