    I bought this laptop because my last one could not keep up with the demanding task of teaching from home. This laptop worked perfectly the first month, but after that, I began having issues. It keeps freezing, glitching, and shutting down randomly. Sometimes it won't connect to the internet, or it will slow down significantly. I am not sure if these issues are only happening to me, however, I was severely disappointed that it keeps failing me, especially for the price I had bought it at. I know what you might be thinking, What are you doing to have your laptop freak out on you? The things I do are not demanding however and should be within the capabilities of this laptop. The majority of the things I do is attend a zoom meeting and have multiple tabs open, standard for computers to handle, especially this one with its processing core and RAM. Therefore I am severely disappointed I am having so many issues when I don't do anything demanding.
