I got a lemon!

I looked forward to this machine as it appeared to be a great value. After only a week, it was a total disappointment. The display would flicker and go off completely. I was giving a presentation using Word, in the tablet mode. Almost immediately, it flickered and went off. I managed to get it back on and get through my presentation. Then I transferred all my documents off of it, rebooted it to its original factory settings, and immediately took it back to the store for a refund. Of course I lost money on the purchase of Office 365 which cannot be refunded, and other software I had installed. I should have kept the Chromebook and adapted to its limitations!
