I wanted a 2 in 1 laptop so I could write or type on it. I bought the pen that goes with it and I use it a lot when navigating the laptop. Its a very fast computer. Reboots, turn on, loads, everything is just very fast and painless with this laptop. I love the finger scanner and light up keyboard. I does not have a disk drive, but I never use one anyways. It does have 2 USB ports, an SD port, an HDMI port, headphone jack, and a USB C port. I have Bluetooth headphones and they connected effortlessly to the laptop. The speakers are very clear and work well. Overall, very happy with this laptop. The only thing I wish it had was a 10-key on the side for the numbers, but thats just me being picky. It works great!

I originally got this for my son to take to classes at college. In the end he used his heavier, larger laptop. It is well built and works well. This was slightly under spec in storage for his use, so my daughter is now using for her school. The machine has been a solid performer and we bought my son a higher spec version so he could use full time for school. So far I am impressed by the quality of the HP touchscreen laptops. They appear to be more durable than their prior ASUS gaming laptops and cost less. Setup takes a bit as I use different antivirus and there are always OS updates before you even get to installing Chrome and other apps/software.

Nice laptop, very fast and responsive. Loved the display. Had to return it as it kept getting way too hot running just MSoffice and zoom. battery life was mediocre.

The first one i bought had some issues but Best Buy is wonderful and i had a no hassle exchange. The new one is awesome. It’s fast, lightweight, and easy to use. I am so happy I purchased this 2 in 1.

Man this laptop is super dope! It boots up in like 3 seconds from total shutdow then just scan your thumb print and boom your in. 4 seconds, cant get better than that. This computer is well made no cheap plastic crap, aluminum or some kind of metal. Its got some weight to it which is good. It opens smoothly and folds into tablet mode with no issues or hang ups. This computer is super smart and instructive, if you dont know how to do something just ask it. The alexa feature is a game changer. I have amazon prime and music so I literally just say hey ALEXA play some "Kane Brown" and it plays all his songs, then I say hey alexa play "Halsey" and my girl starts singing. All of this while i'm surfing the web. I bought microsoft office personal for a year it was 40 bucks with the purchase of the laptop you should also. Office comes with the one drive app that has 1 terabyte of cloud storage. I also installed on my mobile for free and now everything I do on my phone is accessible instantly on my computer and vice versa. Super dope buy this computer Its on Sale.

This is the best computer I have ever owned in my entire life. Perfect for on the go, perfect for just at home, perfect for college!! This hasn't had a single problem except some occasional freezing (which is from my own error). Every single MAC user I know has had issues with platforms like canvas, blackboard, excel, etc. Not me though, ever. Incredible reliability, and at such a bargain. I highly recommend this to everyone and anyone interested in a budget-friendly laptop!! (PS, The keys are perfect for my fat fingers)

Perfect little laptop for working remotely and I got a great deal on it during a sale. Cannot speak to battery life as I only use it for 3-4 hour periods.

i got my laptop probably a month ago and started classes a little after that and it is honestly exactly what i needed, the speed is great and it’s very light and easy and simple to use!! i love it!!

I love my new laptop. It does everything I need and fits right in my bag. The keyboard lights up too so when I am working at night, I don't need to count on the screen light to see the keys.

Wanted a new laptop thats fast with good features and it definitely didn't disappoint. The Bluetooth range is nice, you can set it to automatically connect to another Bluetooth device when you turn it on and file transfer speed is on the better side. The touch screen is very responsive, smudges and fingerprints are easily wiped off too.Spotify is pre-downloaded which is a plus. The time it takes to power up is amazing! It comes on so fast that you'd think it was in sleep mode. Fingerprint senor works great and is very discreet. If you want a great laptop for casual use or for school I recommend.

Good overall speed and performance, the 2 in 1 is very convenient. This laptop is reasonably priced, for a Core i5, and Best Buy matched the other big retailer's price when I brought in their ad.

Bought for my Mom - she loves it! I ordered the gold, but I got the silver - not a big deal. Fan's a little loud, but that's common with HP laptops. Fast and perfect for casual use.

The computer is really great! I am a college student so this has been amazing! I had this computer for almost two years. The only thing that I don’t like is that for some reason it always seems like it’s about to die. The first day I got I looked at and roamed the computer and when I turned it off, it had about 40% battery. When I came to use it the next day it was dead. I thought my laptop already was broken. That’s the only downfall to this laptop. It’s a 2 n 1 which is awesome. The laptop is perfectly designed. Overall a pretty great laptop when you have the charger handy!

The price point at the end of the day is a little high, but that's with all HP's products in the end. You are paying for pretty decent service through HP, so it's a "catch 22." However, let's make note of the positives associated with this Laptop: 1.) The screen resolution and use of access is good. 2.) It connects well to the internet 3.) Being a teacher, especially during distance learning, I have to have multiple tabs/tasks open at the same time. This laptop handles that well. 4.) Videoing is clear and can still handle multiple tasks. 5.) The touchscreen is a great feature. 6.) The ease of turning it into a "tablet" is a great plus! Overall, this is a great product, and I would recommend it.

Great laptop for the price. Very fast and easy to navigate. Not too heavy but very sturdy design. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a laptop.

I love this computer. So easy to work with. It boots up and shuts down quickly. Has a lot of nice features, touch screen, clear display, tablet mode, light weight, and fast.

This computer was recommended by the Geeks and the HP rep that was on site. It does everything I want, I just wish the battery life was better. It was on sale and is nice for the price paid.

I love the audio quality on this laptop. It sounds very clear and loud. It is a great laptop to do homework on as well! 8.5/10! (It can get overheated when many tabs are open or when gaming when it comes to games that take a lot of WiFi etc. the fan thing inside the laptop also makes a very minimal sound when the laptop is overheated) (the battery life is decent, it usually lasts be a few hours....and it takes a few hours to charge which is not as bad) If you need this laptop for school work I believe it should be great for you! You will loveee the sound quality as well!!! If you want to "game" on a laptop...this is not the one for you. Also I think the design on this laptop is very cute. :)
