I recently purchased and am very pleased. Once I logged into my Windows account it synced seamlessly with all of my websites and passwords. It runs quickly and is perfect for work. It's actually bigger than I expected when I ordered which is a pleasant surprise. The touchscreen is a great feature. The sound is really nice and I can pair with my AirPods for the endless Zoom meetings which helps to block background noise. It also looks really pretty since it's a soft gold which I've never seen before on a laptop.

Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, I bought this laptop for my brother to start 10th grade online. He uses mostly uses it for Microsoft teams and Canvas. So far, it works very well for low-demanding functions. It’s the perfect size for a student who might want to carry it in their backpack. Hopefully this will last him through college. We only gave it 5 stars because we bought it brand new on sale for $530. If we bought it full price, maybe 4 stars because the camera is 720 and the battery life is short.

I absolutely love this laptop! It is also a touchscreen and it can flip into a tablet. It helps with so much and can do it all.

Purchased this laptop 2 years ago next month (11/20 - writing this 10/22) and it's been a great laptop for what I've needed it for :: remote college for 1 1/2 years, and personal use. Note that I do not use this laptop for gaming, so this is my experience using this for research, writing, and personal office use. It's light and easy to take on the go when needed.

It is all my husband wanted to have. It is very easy to manage, is fast, touch screen, lite keyboard and without noise.

So far I'm very happy with this laptop. The screen is clear, the response is quick, and the battery life is quite long. The sound is surprisingly good as well. Setup was very simple. It has some key features I wanted, such as a backlit keyboard, touchscreen, and SD card reader, at a decent price. If I had to list a negative it would be that the keys aren't as "clicky" as I would like. Sometimes I don't touch a key hard enough and it doesn't register. But overall, I recommend it.

Great as a tablet,or laptop use light weight. I am glad I had a a few programs installed. I enjoyed the touch screen.

I am a devoted HP fan. I have had many computers and always bought HP. The reason is easy. I have never had any trouble with them. This computer is small but big enough. I use it for both work and personal use. The keys are back lite which is something I wanted. It has good speed to do work and other functions. The cover is a golden with slight pink tint. It's not hideous but wouldn't have been my first choice. Overall I am very satisfied and expect it will last for quite some time.

Handles a lot more than I thought it could based off of the specifications. I purchased an extended hard drive just in case I needed the space and so far I am good (NOTE: I do not download games or things high in bytes). I have artist material on this computer because I like to digitally draw and my computer doesn’t glitch. Very useful as far as using a regular laptop versus a tablet goes. No issues so far after a year of use!

Great laptop as far as appearance, and speed. It's lightweight, and the backlit keyboard makes seeing the keys easy at night. The silver keys are a little hard to see during the day though. I like it a lot. My only irritation with it is the vents are on the bottom with the exception of a small one on the side. Therefore, it tends to make the bottom of the laptop feel very warm if it's sitting on something flat. I started putting flat coasters under it to give the bottom some air flow
