    I bought this 2/27/21. It has worked quite well up until yesterday. Minimal issues this past month, like refusing to recognize my fingerprint to sign in. Then yesterday I went to turn on and the power light lights up, but the screen is black. So doing some troubleshooting and hooked it up to a monitor. Everything shows up on the monitor. Hook up a keyboard and mouse since the laptops isn't functioning either now. 1 USB isn't working either. So had to switch my keyboard and mouse USB multiple times. This laptop worked just fine for months. Now to deal with HP support since Best Buy ignored my messages.
