Overall its a good purchase at sale price, bit heavy and fan makes some noise.

I am starting the nursing program fall 2020, our semester is 100% online. Needed a lab top for my eBooks, currently have a desk top. Very great computer thus far. Recommend this for any student, from grade school to college. Love the option for tablet use and touch screen. Highly recommended, looking forward to a great semester!!!

I love the touch screen which I have never had before. And it’s much faster than my old one.

So far so good... computer has excellent speed... one thing I do like is u still can search google it’s not in S mode but some apps that I would like to have Microsoft doesn’t ...

at first setting it up it was giving me problems with the keys not working. After a few moments of having it on and leaving it alone it is works just fine. the screen quality is great also the placement of the on/off button is king of at an odd place because you can accidentally press it since its part of the keyboard. overal really good , over heats with constant use but i think most laptops do that

I use this laptop only for crafting and listening to music

I absolutely love it! Speed, appearance, capabilities, size and weight are all I was looking for. The only missing thing, that I thought may be a real struggle for me is that it doesn't have the 10 key numeric keyboard/calculator other than in the top row but so far, that isn't even an issue and I have one I can attach if need be. It's still new so I'm sure I'll learn alot more about it but as of now, I say...great buy!

I am really enjoying my new Laptop. It was simple to set-up and the touchscreen is a must have feature. I really only use it for Resume writing, Internet, and some online banking but well worth it. I did need to call the Geek Squad for Security Install & the Rep I spoke to logged into my system and took care of everything! Just a bit more than I wanted to spend right now, but still feel it's worth it.

This is a great laptop for school and for work. Easy setup, lightweight and functional.

I am 70 years old and technologically impaired so for me to set this laptop up is a great accomplishment. I have always had an HP but my previous one was 7 years old. This one is a great improvement. So fast and the keyboard is so quiet. Everything easily transferred over and I could continue using immediately. It was my Christmas present to me... wish I would have purchased years before.

I'm not a techy person, but it was super easy to set up. The sound system is great when you are streaming Netflix or Hulu. The resolution is also great. I love being able to fold it and have it in a tent position or as a tablet. The keyboard is nice to type on and doesn't make a whole lot of noise when typing. I would recommend for people who want a good quality, everyday use laptop.

Excellent Laptop, Speed, performance, and quality comparing to the other laptops.

This laptop is very versatile for use as an everyday laptop for computing not requiring more heavy duty data intensive personal, business and even quick photo editing. Unless you're a heavy duty gamer or have need for faster CPU and graphics card performance this will be more than satisfactory for most people. If you need more storage a larger portable SSD HD is always an option. Nicely done HP.

My first "big" purchase as an incoming college freshman and I am very happy with it! Caught it on great sale and have not had any major issues in the weeks I have owned it. Love everything about it, but wish the battery lasted longer (mine lasts around 4 to 5 hrs), but then again you can't beat the price. This is my first personal laptop and I can't wait to get great use out of it in college!
