So far I am very happy with the computer. It is just used for home office needs and some online things. It seems much faster than my old laptop. I love that it can be used as a laptop or a tablet. It was very fast and easy set up and connection to my hp printer, and it was ready to use. Internet connection seems faster than my old laptop even when using a mobile hotspot.

Great Laptop, have been a fan of HP for the past 15 years and all I have in the house is HP Printer, Desktop PC and 3 Laptops. That said, this 360 2 in 1 is by far the one I enjoy the most. Easy to connect to my home network, also a very versatile PC/laptop with full keyboard/touchscreen action. Love it, has so many convenient features I am still discovering a month later.

The laptop is very slim and thin with a nice touchscreen. The keyboard feels very nice to type on and there is a back light for the keyboard. The battery life lasts a good amount of time and I have not had it die on me yet. The laptop charges fast and a full charge only takes about about an hour or two. It is very responsive and loads up pages quickly. It is a good laptop for school and work.

I bought this because my old hp stopped working and i needed it for my son to do virtual schooling. It’s touch screen which i love when i can’t find my mouse. The touchpad is easy to use although the arrow buttons are pretty small and there’s no number pad on the right of the keyboard. Overall though my laptop runs pretty smooth and pretty fast. No true complaints this way

Replaced a 3 year old Lenovo laptop with AMD processor. That model was always super slow and sluggish. From the very first day until the day I decided no more slow laptop. The Lenovo did not have a SSD but the performance was unacceptable even with a standard HDD. This laptop is so much faster. Boots up in literally 2 seconds and the fingerprint scanner is a game changer. You don't thing it's essential until you use a laptop with one. Just like smartphones you don't know how awesome it is not having to type a pin until you use it. Very fast and pretty reliable. You do need to position your finger centered but once you get used to it pretty straightforward. I would say only disappointment are the speakers. Especially for being B&O branded they are very weak. Essentially no low end at all. But it's a laptop, not a boom box. Other than that this laptop ticks all the boxes I was looking for. RAM, SSD, 2 in 1 and 1080p. Overall satisfied with my purchase. Minus 1 start for quality due to weak speakers.

It's been a while since I've used a laptop so it took some getting used to. I like the touch and regular use aspect but didn't really like the price at the time. Needed for taking a zoom class browsing and streaming. More memory than I needed most likely but good cpu battery isn't great in longevity but it charges back up quickly

It works well and does it quickly. It is slim and lightweight.

Really enjoy this compact laptop. The touch screen has come in handy more than I thought it would considering I don’t care much for touchscreens. Easy to switch between using a mouse and touching the screen to scroll or select items. Really happy with it and use it more than a larger laptop I’ve had.

I have had several laptops over the years, but my HP Pavillion x360 2-in-1 14'' Touch-Screen Laptop is by far the most enjoyable I have had. It starts up very quickly and is easy to navigate around. The 14" size is a perfect fit for me. The size is small enough to be convenient for using anywhere, yet the clarity of the screen makes it feel large enough. The Touch-Screen works very well, although I must I admit that I tend to gravitate to the keyboard most of the time. I think this is in part because the keyboard has got a really great feel. I did have 2 times when the screen went black on me (That was frustrating), but HP's Curstomer Service and Tech department was terrifc. They picked up the phone quickly and patiently walked me through what needed to be done, step by step. I was good to go again in no time. The Service rep even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was still working for me. I thought that was going above and beyond.

This laptop is light weight and very portable, the 360 laptop to tablet feature is very convenient depending on what type of activity you are doing, holds charge well. The only cons I have about this laptop is that the there is now backlit keyboard and the outside seems to scratch easily. Other than than that, This laptop is perfect not too big, not too small, perfect size.

This laptop has so many features for the price! Purchased for college student, it performs well (quick processor) and has more than enough storage. The 2-n-1 feature is nice, gives the tablet feel without having to purchase a separate device. Light and fits easily into backpack. The fingerprint security is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this for any college student.

I must say that the computer it self looks amazing, very sleek, nice back lit keyboard, fingerprint reader and 2 in 1. However, the laptop has been overheating as soon as i got it out the box. I've only had it for a day and the fan is very annoying. I went to HPs website and has settings you can select to reduce the fan noise but it does not work on this particular laptop. The Hp website also says to use it on a flat surface, not a blanket or in your lap. But that defeats the purpose because its a LAPTOP!! I would also like to say the the battery life is terrible. If you are using it constantly for 3 hours you will need to say near a charger. Battery life may be 6 hours if you use battery saving mode. I would not recommend. Hp dropped the ball on this one.

Great laptop, I always loved the HP laptop and I was loyal to the brand. The laptop lasted a good 3.5 years of my school life, and nonstop engineering assessments. It gotten to the point of block screen of death. This little laptop had the horsepower to handle Revit.

It is exactly what I need. I was prepared to purchase a surface pro only because a friend had one and I had used it. The salesmen were very patient with me and listened to what I needed as well as understanding that I had a budget. This laptop more than meets my needs and was much better for my budget. It has been a joy to work on this laptop.
