Not the greatest, but a simple laptop

I especially liked the touch-screen features, but when I opened up the box and turned the screen, I was not a fan of the display. You can tell it's pretty cheaply made. I was debating between HP and MAC, but went with HP because of how much I wanted it to be touch-screen. However, I ended up exchanging this for a mac. This may be an okay laptop if you're just wanting to get through assignments for a couple of years, but I knew it wouldn't last anyone more than 3 years without issues.

Broke after 1 month

The second day I had it I had to do a hard reset because it would not turn on. It worked fine for another month, but now it is having the same issue. When I press the power button, I get no response. HP customer service was fairly useful and I’m currently in the process of sending them the laptop to have it repaired. I would not purchase it again; it’s been too much headache for a brand new laptop.
