Love this product :) years later and it’s still great

More computer than I really need. It has all the bells and whistles I'll ever use and it's quick. I'm still trying to figure it all out. Fingerprint sensor is a bit too sensitive. I'm mainly using it for music play lists right now as I am retired and don't really need it for work. I"m sure I'll get around to other applications eventually and this laptop will be up to it

Really nice laptop! Haven't used it enough yet to give a full review but so far I'm pleased with the purchase. The features are nice, that it's useful as a tablet or laptop, I also bought a Microsoft Pen to use on the touchscreen but haven't had a chance to even take it out of the box. For a full review I'll have to come back and update this post.

I love this pc! It’s everything I need and I got it for an unbelievably great price!!! I only hope that I can run across something like that again. But this laptop is great. Graphics are fantastic, haven’t started storing too much on it yet, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it. But so far, with this pc, HP knocked it out the park! Shout out to Best Buy for having the killer deal too!!!

We needed a smaller laptop that would be more portable for my husband during his 6 week stem cell transplant at Mayo Rochester, MN. This 14" HP Pavilion with Intel Core i5 is the perfect size to be portable but not too small to see enough detail on the screen. We love it. Also the sales person was so helpful that we were able to pick this out in less than 30 minutes.

The laptop was bought for school and home use. It is lightweight and sturdy. I read the reviews that complained about the fan noise. Its not as noisy as I imagined from the reviews, it comes on when the computer is getting hot but turns off once cooled down. There is no CD/DVD player so if you don't need it, this is a great computer. It is definitely worth the price.

Bought this as a gift for a family member. The graphics are crisp, having the opportunity to fold it back as a computer and a touch screen has been praised with the new owner. Easy to set up computer following the steps. I have owned HP computers the last 20 years and continue to buy them and through Best Buy. Great value and never got a bad device.

This laptop does the job. It's not cheaply made. Touch screen works flawlessly. But. There's only one drawback - the mouse. The build quality is not that great and after couple months of use you it starts glitching. You may need to use external Bluetooth mouse. Keep in mind.

Great product. Very fast compared to my old computer. A little tricky at first to setup but can login with fingerprint or PIN number. Can use either regular laptop or tablet just have to switch modes. The screen is big enough to do schoolwork even though my concern was it was only 14”. I will probably have this computer for the next 10 years!!

I bought this computer for my wife after her Asus one decided to crash and was unsalvagable. She loves the new computer. The screen is vibrant and being a touchscreen it is helpful for her with her job. She likes the security feature of the fingerprint scanner. It seems to be very well built, the audio is great, and the processor is fast.

We were going to buy another HP laptop, but the representative showed us this one too. The design and the material were way better than the laptop we were going to buy. both were both HP, but this one is made of metal, not plastic. This one also can be folded and used as a tablet. It has great browsing speed. It is a very nice laptop for a very good price.

Easy set up out of the box. Was able to import all files from my tablet to the new laptop. Too many advertisements in WINDOWS 10 seeking to sell items I am not interested in purchasing. Other than that, I am very pleased with the laptop.

I got this laptop for business school and it’s great! It has everything I need and all the programs installed already so I don’t have to struggle to download anything. It’s super fast and has a very long battery which is also great. If you’re a student look for those student deals! I saved a good $120 on this laptop and this was a good choice of a laptop!

This is a good laptop for college and has a ton of features.

This laptop was begin ordered to use for online classes. We ordered this laptop online rather than going into the store as the delivery date was short and we were in the COVID pandemic. However, a few days after the order, we received a message that the delivery date had been extended and we would not be able to cancel the order even though it would not arrive in time for my class to begin. When the laptop arrived, it was the laptop in its box inside of a larger box without any packing to protect it during shipment. I would recommend the laptop to a friend but would not recommend ordering on-line due to delays and the lack of care in packing the product.
