My first upgrade in years, but this computer is much lighter and faster than my old HP pavilion. The SSD allows startup in seconds, apps load quickly, and it runs quietly. Decent camera for video chat. Backlit keyboard is helpful. Wifi seems to have less range than my phone. Overall good value

I almost returned this laptop after a week once the screen started flickering and crashing frequently. Thankfully, a google search taught me that Microsoft Office was the issue. After adjusting the settings, that issue seems to have gone away. There is a slight vibration/hum when using the speaker and I do worry about keeping the touch screen clean. A good laptop overall, thankfully it was on sale when I bought it or I would have returned it by now due to the issues. The battery life isn't great and you will definitely hear/feel the fan every so often which was something that I am not used to but can adjust to. Overall, very quick, great camera, great size screen. I use it for remote work and remote grad school and it can run programs like SPSS and great for video conferences.

I love this laptop! I bought it so that I could teach in person and virtually at the same time. I hook it up to my SmartBoard and it is so easy to teach from this. Everything works great. I don't use the touch screen but I'm glad the option is there.

For the price it has many features that I wanted It has the space the speed touch screen and it is light and small. I. It a gamer Howe Dr Needed for work and to update the present computer. The Greek squad helped transfer all files programs.out the satisfied.

I love how light and non-bulky this laptop is. The screen is nice, I think it will do me good for my upcoming college semester! I love the fingerprint scanner as well! The fan is a bit loud but it is not too big of a deal for me, and the luminous gold is a pretty color.

The computer literally set up itself. As soon as I turned it open, all I did was follow the instructions on each screen and it did the rest. I always dread setting up a computer but the most I had to do was remember my WiFi password and speak yes or no to set up options.

I bought this for myself. I am a teacher and my school laptop was old, slow, and heavy. This laptop was exactly what I was looking for, touchscreen with a backlit keyboard! I've had it several months now and still love it as much as I did the first day!

This lap top computer that I bought at Best Buy is the excellent size for my type of use. It has good speed excellent screen quality. I price was at a good moderate price, and I have the option to pay it off in 12 months or less with No interest.

Can't ask for anything more It's a 2 in1 touchscreen. The screen is sharp and the best that we have ever owned. My daughter has put it through the paces and it keeps going.

I really loved this laptop - I love the touchscreen response and how you can move the screen. It is really responsive and quick. However, I noticed right off the bat how warm the bottom was where it vented. I was told to not actually put it on my lap, so I've always put it on top of something solid. It still feels really warm. A couple months ago, I noticed that I would lose the audio. Weird. I restart the computer when this happens, but I've noticed it's gotten increasingly worse. Now I have to restart it numerous times per day. And sometimes I have to forgo the audio when I'm in the middle of a project and can't restart. Hopefully Best Buy and HP will replace this since it's been under a year!

Touch Screen - Backlit Keyboard - These were the two features we wanted. Found that many lower end touch screen laptops didn't have backlit keyboard. This one does. We got an "open box" from Best Buy at a lower price and everything looked clean and new. TY! BB.

I love my laptop, I've owned it for a couple weeks already and I mainly use it for invoicing or web surfing but its very accurate and reliable so far. Touch screen is very convenient, I purchased a pen off Amazon and the drawing is on point. Nice affordable laptop.

I love this laptop! So far it’s great I’ve only had it a month, for printing off work sheets for my children that are home schooled and my small business. It’s sleek and not bulky and heavy like gaming laptops are. If your looking for my reasons this is for you!

Had this for a couple of weeks, so far so good Capable laptop with good graphics, camera and sound. Plenty of power to support online meetings compared to our 2 Chromebooks which are prone to drop outs and garbling during online meetings. Wifi connectivity seems to be strong. However the BB specs indicates this has an ethernet port - IT DOES NOT! You have to use a usb adapter. Comes with some bloatware: 30 day McAfee trial, and a couple of HP apps which fail to update correctly.

This lap top is a great 2 in 1 lap top. I have similar one from my work and I switched to this from my old Dell one. I had several problems with dell battery and cable, and finally the 2 in 1 function. This one also cheaper that the Dell equivalent.

This was a long awaited purchase for me. When I was finally able to be in store, the sales associate gave me various suggestions and recommended this laptop. I love it ! it’s light, slim and very portable. I love the flexibility and the sleek look.

I like this computer I do think for the price of this computer it could have been better would have been nice if the keys lite up. It is a bit heavy so be careful with it. As far as using it as a Tablet don’t know if it will be useful. Overall I do like it but will choose a bigger Laptop

We were tired of our 4 yr old slow as a turtle computer. So based on reviews that we read we decided that the HP Pavillion x360 would serve us well and after a months use we are truly satisfied with the speed and all the functions that we have used.

I bought this touchscreen laptop last month for my son who's in middle school. So far the laptop is working great, he is able to do his school work remotely from home as well as having live zoom classes with his teachers without any problems. Great laptop!
