I am working on my doctoral degree and this computer is just what I need. I love how you can go from laptop to tablet! The computer is lightweight as well. Great processor as I am toggling between multiple pages doing research. Very happy with my purchase!

So far I am so in love with this computer! I’m a nursing student who is on the go frequently and it’s so easy to haul around. Very lightweight & it’s very speedy.

Bought this HP to replace a 3-yr old slower functioning HP laptop. Wanted touchscreen, less weight and slimline features for my virtually schooled high school son. He loves it, so I’m happy as well. Great purchase & excellent customer service from Best Buy!

Purchased as a college laptop for my daughter to do schoolwork & stream video. I bought the i3 version for myself about a year ago and got a deal on this i5 for her. So far, it works great! Fast, plenty of ports, lightweight.

Overall this product is amazing. The touchscreen part is awesome. The mouse is a little touchy but it could just be that I’m used to something a bit smaller. Capacity is great. Comparable with everything I needed for college. It’s a great computer for college students.

I use my personal laptop to manage my household affairs; check email; and sometimes watch movies. When I travel to check on elderly relatives, I carry this laptop. It is not heavy and is easily portable. Handles everything I need to do and has USB ports!

This computer is just right for my needs. I was looking for a more budget-friendly computer for school that requires 8+ hours of online meetings and the basics of MS Office. I enjoy playing basic games and streaming Netflix otherwise. This computer runs well. The only thing that concerns me is how hot it runs with even normal use. It does not appear to affect the current function. The touch screen responds well. This is the first laptop I have owned with the tablet mode. I really like that since my other tablet is quite old. Other features - there is no 10-key pad on this laptop. The color is very attractive. The screen cleans easily. The laptop is lightweight and easy to take with me on the go. I am sure there are many more features available that I am not quite aware of yet. A very excellent option at a great price point.

I always have a go computer in the house! I used apple too but since I can not use it for work I have to have another hp! Great price is fast and confortable and light! The 2 in 1 is very reliable and fun to use! Recommended

Love this budget friendly laptop, you can’t go wrong.. good price and quality is superb and it’s touchscreen. I am able to do all my college work and stream the speed allows me to do both. It’s also very customizable unlike my old MacBook Pro

I had to buy a new laptop because my old one was not working well and this laptop was just what I needed, the touchscreen is fantastic, the only complain I have is that the keyboard is a bit awkward, but I just have to get used to iy. But overall it is amazing

We are so happy with our new purchase....We've never had a laptop and now I wish we had gotten one much sooner....We love the touch screen. We will be taking this to the lake with us this summer so we can stay in contact with the family....

I needed a new computer that allows me to conduct zoom classes at home while having several other programs running at the same time, excel, word, chatting apps, etc. speed is fast, easy to use. Just overall a great product that cater to my needs as a student.

So in love with this laptop. Needed an upgrade for space but wanted to stick with HP. So sleek and sexy...very easy to use. I love how I can go into tablet mode when I am not needing to type much. Also very lightweight and good for travel.

This machine is a powerhouse and has been an excellent addition to my arsenal of tools to complete my work during covid. It’s nice to be able to have a product like this that has the ability to support our remote work in today’s environment.

Purchased this as a gift and loved every bit of it. Sound quality is good, compact size and great brightness. The backlit keyboard is a great thing to have. Got this in festive deal for 500 bucks (plus taxes) but worth every penny.

This has been a great choice. After comparing to other similar computer and different brand we choose this one. Set up was super easy and quick. My son who is 14 did everything and he loves it. It is light and super fast. Great buy at a great price!

I say 'little' only because of the size. It's a bit smaller than your average laptop, but it also easily converts to a tablet. To me, that's an added plus. This is first time I've gone with a touch screen and I sure do like it. Plenty of storage too.

I absolutely love my HP laptop...I've always had a desktop but decided to give a laptop a try and its so easy to use, I like the keyboard and it's so fast!!! Once you use a touch-screen, it's hard to go back!! Highly recommend it

I highly recommend this product. It is a netbook that works very well. I have no objections. The battery lasts approximately 4 hours and 30minuts. If you want to buy a computer that has great functions while not too expensive, this is the one!
