This is the first laptop I’ve purchased in a long time and I am really impressed with it. It’s sleek and fast. It was easy to set up and does everything I need my laptop to do. I love love love the added touch screen function. All around great laptop.

This is a great laptop, very capable of meeting my daily needs. I like the look and feel of this laptop and look forward to getting my daily use out of it. You've got to like any equipment you work with daily this ones a charm to get used to.

Purchased this to replace my Surface that died. Great computer for students, easy to use, beautiful, plenty of storage and ram. The fan is on the louder side when it comes on, but its nothing I notice during use, only the very first time I used it.

So far I've very satisfied with this computer. The backlit keyboard is a great perk along with the finger print sign in. The fan usually is very silent except after hours of bingeing Homeland during quarantine. I've had no issues after a month of use.

I was very torn between this laptop and another brand that I have been loyal to for many years. I took a leap of faith based in part on the suggestion of the sales associate and also some other online reviews that I found and have been more than pleased with this laptop! It has so many good points that I will just touch on a few of them. 1. This laptop boots up and logs on in less than 10 seconds and is ready to get to work. 2. The battery has been surprising and lasts all day on a single charge, even with my power settings! 3. The processor is more than capable to handle even my most power intensive programs like Adobe Photoshop and not miss a beat. As I said, those are just a few but I know my wife is tired of hearing about me rave about how great this laptop is....so then I went and bought another one for her!

I ordered this to replace an old cheap computer for my mom. I wanted to get something tha1t would be a lot faster and would allow her to do her banking and pay bills without taking forever to load. Case seems better than most will see how it holds up over time.

The computer works really well! It works fast, it has a good amount of storage, and has really useful features. I especially like the fact that it has an hdmi port. Also, it is a fairly big laptop, but easy to carry around. Overall, a great computer!

I purchased this laptop because I am returning to college and I needed it. This laptop is fast and functional for writing papers, browsing the web, watching videos and even making videos. It looks very nice as well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Purchased due to another laptop screen broken (non HP). I own several HP laptops and this one was smallest screen but has great functionality. Easy to use from the start and touch screen allows me to move from screen to screen, tasks etc

As I only have these for 2 weeks and have not used a lot everything seems to be ok.Delivery was right on time as promised and came packaged well.Nice features with backlit keyboard and finger print reader.

I purchased this laptop because I needed one in a hurry. I read some of the reviews and they were right on. It is sleek and compact and easy to use. The only negative is there is no number pad, but given the size of the laptop there is no room.

Great laptop fast start up. Wife needed a new laptop for work that had touch screen and could be used like a tablet. Explained what we were looking for and the sales person showed us this one. Also it was a big win that it was on sale.

I’ve had no problems with this. I very much dislike Microsoft edge and wish I could delete it as it always overrides google. Otherwise all of the negatives I read for reviews I haven’t had issues with. Not great battery life.

The people helping you are knowledgeable it was in stock I was able to get it right away. Setting up at home was fairly easy however there are a lot initial setup applications that need to be done. It would be easier if some of those already came set up.

I am no expert in computer technology, and this convertible laptop was a dream to set up and get connected to my home WiFi. The images are sharp and clear; colors are gorgeous; keyboard is good. Everything works as expected or better.

Bought for my 6yr old granddaughter. Works as well and looks as good as the $1500 one that I bought for myself. She loves the flip fold feature and we bought a pen too so it helps with class drawings and writing. She loves it, so do I.

Purchased this laptop for our college bound son. He looked and researched a lot of computers and chose this one. It’s the right size to carry to class and keep up with assignments. He’s really looking forward to using it.

We have had this laptop for about 10 months, and it has been great! Fast, battery life is amazing, never have had a glitch. The primary user is my 9 year old but I have used it as well and want one for myself.

I recently upgraded to this laptop from having a really old mac book pro. I love the features it has! It's so light and is a great size. It has a great processor. I haven't had any issues with opening files or browsers. I love the back-lit keyboard, I do a lot of paperwork at night so it's definitely a nice feature to have. I have been able to sync it with my phone so everything is connected and synced seamlessly.
