I have had this laptop for two months now. I love it:) it is sturdy and works just like how it is described. The only thing is it is a little heavy when using it folded back like a tablet it but besides that its excellent.

Its the perfect size for a HS student who has school work to do with the occasional watching of The Office. The size of the screen is perfect. Good price for the laptop. I miss the days when Microsoft bundles came included

I originally bought it for school. This thing is super fast and the 2 in 1 is also a plus for watching tv. The only thing that’s annoying is when the fan comes on it’s super loud. Besides that, it’s a winner winner chicken dinner.

Picked this up for my wife, she likes the 2-in-1 machines. This had good reviews and a good price for black friday in 2020, ended up being a great machine for her, she is happy, so I am happy.

Love this laptop HP - Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - my daughter use this for distance learning. According to her it is faster and easy to use and easy to setup too.

This laptop was easy to set up and has not given me any big problems. The drawbacks are - the letters on the keyboard are too light to be able to be seen - that is a real problem! Also, a minor issue was that the ON switch was barely detectable!

Bought this for my sister to use during nursing school because her laptop had to fit certain qualifications and this one does everything she needs it to but is a good size and weight for when she has to transport it.

Love this laptop! Very lightweight and versatile. The tablet feature is very easy to use and the keyboard backlight is great for usage any time of the day. Comes with Windows 365 already downloaded and has a lot of features.

I love my new touch screen laptop! Was easy to set up and I transitioned to using the touch screen very easily! Havnt tried out all the features just yet but I love using my new laptop already!!

I bought this for my daughter for college. It's the perfect size and weight for her backpack. It's sleek and the color is wonderful. I was even able to get the student discount on top of the sale price so the price was a steal.

Quality laptop for the price. Processor gets the job done, although wish this was a 16GB model. This is a good option for a college student or as a computer to have around the home. Only very basic games can be played on this.

The store entrance had a person at the stand to offer help and I figured it was to make sure everyone wore a mask. Sales people were making sure you got to the dept you were looking for. Very helpful and patient with me making my. Decision. I enjoy shopping there’s. The geek squad was very helpful with setting up some of my computer. I had never bought one that didn’t have the programs in it. Was ready to return it the next day til they helped. I had the program where they repair them for years and they took it out of my bank account each year. I was paying. One price that was told would not go up. This past year they didn’t renew my program and I got a new one but it cost a lot more. All the time I thought I was still covered. Q

This laptop has plenty of power for my usage and the touch screen is a novel feature and new experience for me. My previous laptop did not have this feature.

I can’t tell you how much I love my computer. It is perfect!! I love the tablet mode and touch screen. The size is perfect for doing homework anywhere. The light up keyboard is great when I’m doing work in low light areas.

I happened to catch this laptop for my daughter on sale and received an additional student discount making it very affordable. It’s light weight, sleek, and has a fast processor. Just perfect for my beginning high schooler.

Excellent laptop at a great price. It's fast and the screen is vibrant. Wasn't to sure I'd like a 14" but I find it functional and portable. My friends have already been looking into getting one for themselves.

Speedy startup. All the features such as the touchscreen, tablet mode, backlit keyboard, and compact size are great. Got it at a great price, hopefully it lasts my final year at university.

This laptop is great! I haven’t had any issues with it so far since I bought it, I do wish the battery lasted longer but other than that I love everything about it.

Honestly pretty great for the price. It’s sleek convertible and has a fingerprint scanner. I’m new to the PC world and have used apple products mostly and was pretty hesitant but am overall happy with this laptop for the price. It’s much faster than my Old Mac and was easy to get comfortable with. The cons it’s a little heavy compared to newer apple products but not bad at just over 3 lbs. It does overheat pretty easily but the fan works it’s little heart out and the battery is TERRIBLE! Almost never gets fully charged and lasts maybe 6 hours max brand new. So I suggest using at a desk plugged in so you don’t burn yourself or lose power.

The young man that assisted was great but the quality of the computer isn’t for me at all. This young man goes above and beyond w his work he was Professional, courteous, polite, concerning, caring, patient and extreme humble I was gratefully fortunate to have worked w him And he should be recognized to be a wonderful great asset to Best Buy company. There needs to be more like him and the cell phone guy Jeff. I’d recommend him to help and serve anyone as a customer representative but not the computer itself. Please take note here my good comments or feed back is about the individual young man that helped me and not about the item itself that I purchased then take notes to that please nor don’t confuse the two
