Purchased this for my daughter to replace an old Lenovo Yoga. BB had for a great price and I even received an additional $100 refund when the item went on sale. Laptop was easy to setup and works great for her.

I purchased this laptop about a month ago and have not had any issues. I love the 2 in 1 feature. I am still exploring and finding new things it can do everyday. I purchased it on sale for $499. Good price for the product.

I didn't have big expectations for this, but a the $500 price I figured I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the laptop was. The keyboard was fine and the screen was colorful and crisp. Sadly, two big issues made me return it. 1) The touchpad jiggles A LOT. It's like there's a big dead space when you push down onto the pad before it registers the click. Trying to "tap to click" was annoying because the touchpad just bounces around. 2) The hinge on the right side creaked when opening and closing the laptop. Upon inspecting it I noticed the hinge was tilted and bent, causing it to not align correctly. I took the laptop back and tried to exchange it for another, but they did not have anymore. I went to the display model and it also had both issues.

Love it. Exactly what I wanted. The perfect size for traveling in an RV. Connects to all my other devices. Was easy to initiate. Would highly recommend it. Great value for the money.

I am giving it only 4 stars because of an issue with the first one I received, It immediately began a screen flickering issue almost right out of the box when surfing the net. I didn't notice this in the reviews on Best Buy when initially looking to purchase, but afterwards, I noticed this has been experienced by other customers and mentioned in their reviews. I took it to the Geek Squad and they "pushed it to the max" but couldn't replicate it. They made sure all updates were in place. I had video of it happening so I wasn't crazy. So I took it home and of course, it started again right after I brought it home. So back to Geek Squad - the end result was a replacement. This one has been working fine and I like overall.

I bought this device a month ago. Overall working is very nice and smooth. However, I find the only issue with battery backup , i.e. it last in 4-5hr. Thanks

Good laptop. It’s used mostly for graduate school work, web browsing, emails. Don’t really play games. Camera is decent, screen resolution is good, touchscreen is helpful. The warm gold is subtle and not flashy.

Excellent speed and value. The storage is ideal for work purposes and the storage also allows many apps to be open and utilized at once.

Purchased this laptop for home/school use. It is very fast and responsive. The build quality is good for the price point of under four large. Used for one year so far no issues.

Bought this for teenager have Macs, Apples and 2 other HP( total 3 HP) . This one I only had 1 month , tended to over heat quicker then the others . Also after one month the fan went on it . Just got it back . I have pleased up to this point with HP, but this one may be the dealer breaker when it comes to HP.

while its abit getting used to an onboard alexa, a different version of the touch pad, its so much faster than what i've had previously, and picking up an outside wifi line has been easier..

I chose this laptop for quality and convenience,portability and very well ease to use.It serves my purpose for job related work and with the touch screen feature, makes it easier to maneuver without using the mouse.

I was not sure that the touchscreen would be that important to me but now that I have it I wouldn't purchase a laptop without it. This laptop is sleek, fast and the touchscreen is very responsive.

I wanted a laptop computer with the touch screen and this computer delivered. I am used to using a small tablet without a keyboard so I was excited that I now have the best of both. Great speed and size. Love this HP.

This is a great option for a student! Love the touch screen and the option to use as a tablet and the option to write notes with a stylus and have it convert to text!
