Great computer! It's easy to use, with a keyboard and mousepad that are well-configured. It's also touchscreen, which I like.

Good product for its price. Color is kind of in your face but that’s because I’m used to black computers. Can quickly get used to it though.

This was a hood buy for my college student. Compact and lightweight for easy carry in a backpack or shoulder bag. Just enough storage for managing course load.

HP makes a good solid computer. This is a bit heavy, but has a metal casing as opposed to plastic, so feels really sturdy. Laptops around this price all felt a bit cheap with plastic casing, even though they are lighter. I love Windows 10, and this does everything I need it to for school and work. The one thing I wish it had that it doesn't is the slider that will close off the webcam. No biggie, I just use a post-it note but when I finally discovered what that little button under the webcam was, I use it all the time.

I like this lap top. My only problem is the keyboard is sometimes difficult to read. It does several nice things my old laptop never could. Much faster.

Have been using it for virtual learning for two weeks - battery on a full charge will only last two hours had to call HP support because it would turn in yesterday Best Buy Geek Squad was no help and didn’t care. HP very helpful and seemed to resolve issue so far. Sad I gave Best Buy my business Could have bought directly from HP thought you’d better service from local BB but nope!

This is an outstanding 14" HP laptop. I caught it on sale for about $200 below the original price, paid around $586.00. It's lightening fast! I recently upgraded it to Windows 2004 version, took about 10 to 15 minutes. This process took well over two hours on my other home computers, one was an older 15.6 HP laptop and the other an Acer mini tower desktop, with 8 GB RAM and traditional hard drives. If you can catch this laptop on sale I'd definitely recommend getting it. It has a USB-C port as well. HP hit this one out of the park.

First touch screen. I have. A little touchy So I am getting better. Fast learning windows 10. I love it. You can even speak to it.I am amazed.

For the specs, this comes in at a great price. Plus the touchscreen make it a more versatile option than other laptops at this price.

Love my new computer. Touch screen is awesome. I enjoy the smaller size and “fold-ability” Geek Squad set it all up up for me.

I love the functionality and modern features of Pavillion: the large touch screen, the camera, and the keyboard features, like screen shot.

Easy to use and doe what I need it to do. Like the smaller portable size. I do wish the keyboard had backlighting though.

I had to order it online. I got it for my dad for Father’s Day. It came i. Time which was nice and it was a super easy set up and he loves it.

This is the first time I purchased HP computer. When I received the item, I got super excited on the cool feature, touch screen, 360 flips, and you are able to use it like a tablet. Compare to my old MacBook, those feature are awesome. After spending few hours to set it up, everything looks great and we are happy with it. By the way, this is a laptop for my daughter as they are having online class. The next day, I did not see my daughter playing on her new laptop. And so on.... my daughter came to use my desktop and I asked her why don't you use your new laptop? She said, I could not turn on the laptop at all. I asked her since when, she said since yesterday (literally the second day after I set up the computer). I thought she did not charge it and battery is dead. I saw the charger is plugged, and I tried to turn it on. Nothing work. The charging indicator light is on (showing white), for my understanding, it should have battery. But computer is not able to turn on. I left the laptop charge for 2 days and try to turn on again, nothing. I contact best buy customer service to request a return, but I am unable to restore it to factory setting since it is dead. I have to wait for a week for the GEEK appointment at Best Buy store in order to return it and ensure they will help me to restore it. Since I have set up the computer. If you ask me if I am recommended the laptop, I really have no comments. Very first time trying, and dead after set up. Maybe I am just bad luck, but HP should have quality control on their product. Besides, the laptop was acting funny. It was able to turn on when I returned it to store. Good thing is the lady was able to help me to restore it, but she gave me a feeling like, I am lying. Anyway, the laptop has been returned. And now I am giving Best Buy another tried and purchased an ASUS laptop. Hopefully it will work. It hurts my credit to keep purchasing and returning. Wasting my time, energy, and gasoline for all these xxxx!!!

My son loves it. It was a gift for his virtual classes. He is an 11 years old kid, and the touch screen makes it all easier for him!

Best choice ever. I love it. It is fast and the tablet mode is pretty cool for drawing / painting using Corel Paint to make some digital art.
