I replaced my 2 year old hp laptop because the display quit working on it. The one I got for replacement is the same basic computer. It works great at this point. I was very disappointed that the 2 year old computer quit working as I do not carry it with me and it primarily stays on my table. The cost to replace the display screen is prohibitive compared to getting a new machine. Overall, I have been happy with my hp products. Hopefully the last one was a fluke and I will stay happy with hp.

Compact and quick, this is a pretty cool computer. I like that it can be a tablet or a laptop switching from one to the other with ease.

Hp's always deliver Did have to be in for service It has only because my son misused the device I wasn't sure if he dropped it or threw it but Best buy repaired the device at no cost to me so I was happy with that outcome. I must mention that I purchased The accidental protection it's always beneficial to purchase this protection with any electronic devices but I've never had any problems with any hp's that I purchased in the past they have always performed better than even my Macbook or any Macintosh computer that I have for that matter

I had to order it online. I got it for my dad for Father’s Day. It came i. Time which was nice and it was a super easy set up and he loves it.

I really love this laptop. The only thing I wish it had is a disc drive. Touchscreen makes everything so much easier to use. Especially playing games

Does everything I need it to. Backlit keyboard is super nice. Device works well as a tablet and laptop. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the first time I purchased HP computer. When I received the item, I got super excited on the cool feature, touch screen, 360 flips, and you are able to use it like a tablet. Compare to my old MacBook, those feature are awesome. After spending few hours to set it up, everything looks great and we are happy with it. By the way, this is a laptop for my daughter as they are having online class. The next day, I did not see my daughter playing on her new laptop. And so on.... my daughter came to use my desktop and I asked her why don't you use your new laptop? She said, I could not turn on the laptop at all. I asked her since when, she said since yesterday (literally the second day after I set up the computer). I thought she did not charge it and battery is dead. I saw the charger is plugged, and I tried to turn it on. Nothing work. The charging indicator light is on (showing white), for my understanding, it should have battery. But computer is not able to turn on. I left the laptop charge for 2 days and try to turn on again, nothing. I contact best buy customer service to request a return, but I am unable to restore it to factory setting since it is dead. I have to wait for a week for the GEEK appointment at Best Buy store in order to return it and ensure they will help me to restore it. Since I have set up the computer. If you ask me if I am recommended the laptop, I really have no comments. Very first time trying, and dead after set up. Maybe I am just bad luck, but HP should have quality control on their product. Besides, the laptop was acting funny. It was able to turn on when I returned it to store. Good thing is the lady was able to help me to restore it, but she gave me a feeling like, I am lying. Anyway, the laptop has been returned. And now I am giving Best Buy another tried and purchased an ASUS laptop. Hopefully it will work. It hurts my credit to keep purchasing and returning. Wasting my time, energy, and gasoline for all these xxxx!!!

Best choice ever. I love it. It is fast and the tablet mode is pretty cool for drawing / painting using Corel Paint to make some digital art.

Nice sturdy laptop but a little heavier compare to other companies laptop with similar configuration . Color is cool and different than other laptops

Good cost effective and efficient laptop. Does what it is supposed to do and the fact that I can flip the top and use it like a tablet is a plus. It is Microsoft windows so it wants you to use Microsoft everything. However, you can link your outlook and other email addresses to the same mailbox. Only two down sides; it does not have an ethernet slot but with the appropriate add-on I can use one of the other ports to hard wire the laptop instead of WIFI, when desired, and I chose shipping instead of picking it up. It took three weeks to deliver!

Purchased the laptop for home use. Still getting use to the touch screen as none of my prior laptops had this feature,
