The “other” big stores can’t compete with their prices, Best Buy will meet or beat them, they always have what you need and Best Buy employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They always know exactly what you need, even if you didn’t when you walked in.

    I really like the computer, keyboard and how lightweight it is. I specifically asked prior to purchase if this laptop had S mode. I was assured it didn't. After getting it home and starting the setup, S Mode popped up. I immediately shut down and returned it. If you don’t mind S mode, it probably will be a good purchase.

    Purchased 04-08-22 - so far so good! I prefer smaller laptops so this one fits the bill. Only problem so far is connecting the laptop to my wireless printer. I've reached out to Best But for help, since I've tried everything I can to link laptop and printer. Hopefully this can get resolved. Other than this problem, the laptop itself is terrific!
