Good Little Laptop

Only a couple of things I would change, I would like to be able to play CD's or rip music from a CD. I'd get rid of the touchscreen. If there is a way to turn the touchscreen off, I can't find it.

The ability to be both a laptop and tablet is really a cool feature. We have always had good luck with HP products. Best Buy shipped in a timely manner and great customer service!

Office 365 1 year subscription NOT included

In the FAQ section for this computer it said that a one year subscription was included. However there was no key code in the box. Went back to Best Buy store and told a 1 year subscription was not included, even though on Best Buy website it says it is.
