Well worth the money! It is like an HP version of a macbook air. The keyboard and trackpad feel very very nice. Keyboard has that light feel. The laptop is very light weight and performs great for the price. The battery life is great. As a college student, this laptop meets every one of my needs.

Good solid machine with fast startup. I haven't been using a windows machine in years, but this one is fast enough to not be annoying waiting for Windows to decide to open up programs. Cool to the touch, no fan noise even when pushed hard. Will dual boot in the future, but for now great response.

Wow - what a great laptop. I love the small size, the reverting it to a tablet, the familiar HP keyboard and prompts. I was surprised when Best Buy set up my fingerprint recognition on it. That is quite nice. I like to use a mouse but it certainly has all the capabilities for a touch screen.

Great little workhorse. I have purchased several HP Pavilions and have been very happy with their performance. Almost everyone on staff has one now! Everyone is happy with them and they look great. Our only issue is figuring out which one belongs to whom...LOL

When buying this, the 2-in-1 part didn't even register as a flip touch-screen model, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it could fully reverse. It has very good processing power and memory for being under 1000 dollars, and was well worth the cost.

The computer is very fast and the finishing is sleek.

This HP Pavilion Touch Screen Laptop has been able to meet my needs for a computer that has proved very reliable. I recently had first problem ever with keyboard 'locking up', but Geek Squad was able to restore function quickly.

Product is excellent, the Geek Squad member who set it up is terrific, but the best part was the Manager and his assistant of Magnolia in the Glendale store who worked so hard to make sure that the purchase was the right one for us and what we needed.

It's light weight, love the color and soft key board. Only thing missing is light up key board. I thought this HP came with this option. Super easy to set up. Step by step instructions was amazing. I was up and running in a flash

An attractive combination of style, audiovisual capacity, memory and power. This Wi-Fi computer is smaller than my last HP Pavilion touch screen, with fewer USB sockets and cannot readily be hard-wired to my modem, but the vibrancy of the B&O screen and audio provides a consistently wonderful experience.

My son bought this for school, he's a sophomore in highschool right now. So far he loves it, it definitely does what he needs for school as well as allowing him to play the games he wants to play as well.

This is by far my favorite laptop ever. What I like the most is how durable it is. One small issue is how warm it gets under the keyboard, I had one just like this prior and it never warmed up that much.

I have had this laptop for 5 months now and it is not what I expected. I was very excited and had high expectation especially because researched different laptops prior to my purchase. The battery life is horrible. It was not charging when plugged in and when you unplug it the battery drains very quickly and I do not keep it plugged in all the time. It started to move very slowly and I don't do hardly anything on it. I just visited the Best Buy website and they do not even have this laptop anymore. I wonder why???!!!!!

Curbside pickup was beautifully seemless. Ordered on the app and was able to curbside pickup at a location within an hour. Have had no issues with the laptop, I love it so far! Happy with the purchase overall.
