Im not a fan of microsoft and the all new set up. I prefer google not edge etc. Overall for the price i believe there should of been more things that came with this purchase not just a month worth of microsoft 365 and 3 months of web protection.

I do not like this device at all an would not recommend it. The drivers were having problems within a month of purchase. It wouldn't connect to Wifi. I took it to Best Buy for repairs. Within a few days after that, I called HP for the same problem. I have called HP twice, and I will be shipping it to them for repairs. I wish Best Buy would take it back so I can purchase a different brand. What a waste of money and time.

Do not recommend after it updated it did not want to work this is the second time HP has done this on 2 separate laptops

Works well for what I need to do. Only down side is me having to purchase adobe pdf viewer instead of it being free. It should come supplied with a stencil to sign documents with

It’s a great computer I just really wish I would have not paid $300 more than my sister who caught the same computer at Walmart.

This computer is heated quickly. I have to shut down after I use it for a few hours

This thing over heats and is very noisy. I had to return the first one cause it overheated within 2 minutes of use. This one started to do it too and I can’t return it now for a refund so still using but don’t buy this computer.

The product was expensive as compare to the prize which i have seen in HP website.

Extremely slow and when i first turned it on it had come with errors that wouldn't allow me to go thru the set up so had to reinstall operating system for the product. Product was snail like slow. Very unhappy so i returned

Decent using it for college and is getting by alright

Worst laptop ever. Bought it so my daughter could take to college and it is yet to work. It has made it extremely hard to do on-line classes when your laptop does not work.

In less than 1 year I’ve had many problems, first the case itself warped(covered under warranty) and now no power, I think the power adapter is bad.

A week after purchasing, the computer would not start. I suspect it may have been a battery issue but considerinf it was a brand new product i just wanted to return it. I do not recommend this product at all I traded it in for a different brand laptop. This laptop obviously is not top of the line. Purchase was made taking into consideration use of computer which was for business and everyday use, not for gaming.

Machine is great! However, not a great computer to put on your lap and work. When you open the screen there are some small posts that come down with the screen and dig into your leg if you are wearing shorts. Not well thought out. I would not buy this particular model again just for that reason as I do a lot of work from my lap with my laptop.

14 months after purchace then bestbuy says $85 to send off plus cost of repair because they cant fix button sticking,2 monts out of warranty and no help from bestbuy or HP,piece of crap

The fan is loud and never goes off. We haven’t even owned this a year and the sound doesn’t work. My daughter barely used for school because the fan was so loud. She used a computer 3 years older.

Purchase for a gift can't login completely lock out so sad not even a day took to geek sq now been a week no updates this is sad

Bought new but had a small dent in corner...Did not have another one in store so I just rolled with it since did not affect functionality

I would give this laptop a 0 if that was available. It died 30 days after purchase. I wouldn't recomment it to anyone!

This laptop had no battery in it? I’m sure it was an anomaly, but sheesh.
