Too small won't allow u download certain apps no Microsoft office

Extremely happy with my purchase after 5 years still works like new.

Laptop is good and fast even after 3 years but gets hot pretty quick.

Strong, sturdy with high speed loading and high quality picture. Battery life very good. Memory on device is good although student mostly completed work via web and school websites/apps. This device recently started to give trouble with the keyboard and touchscreen screen malfunction. Mouse pad also no longer working.

I've had my HP Pavilion 2 in 1 for about a week and a half now. Preface: I'm a die hard Mac fan, and this is my first personal PC. I needed a PC to run software (and partitioning my Mac's hard drive was not an option). As much as I didn't like the idea of purchasing a PC, I'm impressed with this laptop. It's pretty, is fast, and the touch screen is fantastic. Much more sophisticated than the Dell I use at work, and it seems to run the programming software that I needed it for well. As others have mentioned, the extra keys on the right side of the keyboard are a bit annoying - I've hit the home button many times while trying to backspace which puts the cursor at the beginning of the line. This is more of an annoyance than a deal breaker for me, as I really like the keyboard otherwise. The battery life also doesn't compare to a new Mac - I can get about 4-5 hours out of it with the battery saver set to medium, depending on how I'm using it. Overall, I like this PC and I would recommend it to others.

Excellent laptop, I bought this one for my daughter and she loves it. Laptop very slim and compact design. Only concern is keyboard letters sometimes could not be visible. HP to make it darker letters ( make it black colors)

I bought this computer a little over a year ago. I maybe used it 3 times before grad school started last month. I need a reliable computer due to grad school being online. I only use this computer for school. I used it the other night and when I went to use it the next morning it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve found so many people have this same issue. HP customer service is awful and extremely frustrating to talk to a real person. They will not fix this problem even though it’s a well known problem. I will never buy an Hp computer again
