    I have owned HP laptops in the past and so far this seems to be the most impressive for the price. The hinge system has defiantly been improved from previous models that did not hold up well.

    Have been mostly happy with performance. Having issue with wi-fi. Either I have no access to wi-fi, or I lose access. Have had Geek Squad attempt repairs. Unsuccessful as of yet. I have to reset network adaptors to obtain wi-fi access. Have been advised it's a Microsoft issue. The frequency of the problem has lessened since last repair attempt.

    Crashed after 2 years!!! Was doing and update and crashed. Only used this computer to access my bills to pay!!
