    This laptop was purchased on 12/7/21 as a Christmas gift. Since then it has had to go back to HP for internal crashing and as of today, 1 year and 4 months later it will no longer turn on because again the software is crashing again.

    So far, after having for only 3 days, I like it. I am not very computer savvy, so it took a bit to get used to the differences of my previous HP. Also, this is a replacement of one that turned off within 2 days of purchase when I plugged in external drive. Hopefully that is a problem only with that first laptop. Keys are larger than prior, which is a good thing. Lighter, more features.
