Excellent but no SD slot as advertised.

I bought this laptop for the simple fact that it had an SD slot on the side. Being that there is not much memory space I got this because of the SD slot to store information on, but once I opened it and got it all set up I went to go put in an SD card and there was no slot.

Only thing I don't like is that the keyboard letters are very hard to read. They should have made the letters in a dark color instead of a light color where they don't stand out. If you're a good touch typist I guess it wouldn't matter, but I am not so it makes it hard.

The one thing was not very happy with was the superficial way the Geek Squad set up was. I had this done on a previous computer and it seemed to be much more detailed.

I felt like it was too bulky and the color was not pretty. The specs are nice I like touch screen and fingerprint. However aesthetically this laptop is not pleasing at all imo. I ended up returning.

Much better as a LAP top. The other one was just too big. I like the new Windows 11 that came with this. Easy to navigate. The backlit keyboard is great. Never had that before. Love it! Havent had this new one for too long but so far, I have no complaints.

It feels well built and has a lot smaller footprint than the 15.6 inch I had before, but the display is more of a wide screen display, which is really nice.
