I purchased this laptop for personal and business use. I like all of the features that I have used so far. The tutorials are great for getting Windows 11 and the Office apps up and running. I have always worked with HP products and very satisfied with this purchase.

Our sales associate was very helpful, I wish I could remember his name. I let my son pick which one he wanted and he has been very happy with this purchase. It has been very helpful with his school work and we hope it’ll last a couple more years.

Got this laptop for my son and he loves it very much. He's connected with his xbox account and was able to get the PC games to play very well on this computer. He said that its very good for zoom and school as well

Bought this for my mom one year ago and before the year was up the battery for the computer started to swell. Now it doesnt work unless it is plugged in. I have to buy another battery now.

It's heavy- had a smaller laptop replaced by this one. Microsoft win-11 took away the familiar tiles and leaves only icons. Too many pop-up ads with the newer system. Like the keyboard very much. Easy typing and good feel with the letters.

I am used to using a higher end HP for work so am getting used to the feel of this machine for home use. Was easy to set up and is working fine.. though I am only using it periodically.

First time out of the box, it had to update. After 20min it started to get really hot and ran hot for about 25min. I think this is probably not normal.

Computers were a great choice for grandson in college and granddaughter in high school. Granddaughter is an artist and loved the fact that computer folded flat to draw with the pen.

Would give 5 stars. Sound is not working. Have tried increasing volume. Still no results. Will return to Best Buy for advice. This was just discovered after downloading a video.

It's ok. My beautiful Lenovo crashed. That's it. So I bought an HP. Not luxurious, not expensive, just to write letters and red the internet. Don't need anything else.

Very good laptop for the price and good customer service. I had to replace the laptop very next day since the battery was not charging. They gave me a replacement

It's quick to boot up and it's fast! I do very little on the computer but I love to do it fast. I don't know about the battery life because I keep it plugged in.

Purchased the laptop 2 weeks ago. Installed all of the windows updates. Everything worked great and then I was unable to connect wifi. There’s an error in device manager that the wifi network adapter stopped due to errors. I had to purchase an usb to Ethernet adapter so I could get a wired connection to connect to the internet and work with HP support. After contacting support, I now have to ship the laptop to be repaired. I had it for less than 1 Month. It’s still under warranty so the repair is free.

Great laptop, replacing a Chromebook that wouldn’t let me do what I needed to due to not having Windows available on it.

I love the computer but I did not expect the price to be so high. This was a time when the need out weigh the waiting for a more reasonable price.

Great laptop, but the touch pad and touch screen stopped working after a year.

its fine. the speaker is trash you can have it turned to 100 and even if your watching a video all the way up on the video and lap top its still not even that loud. i was going to go with a different one because it had the number key pad but they keys didnt light up so i went for this one and it olny has the numbers at the top but lights up so i went with this one even though it was 200$ more but im just really suprised that the sound is that weak

I love this laptop, when it is working. When I have an update and restart, I always get a blue screen warning and cant restart or fix without HP help.
