This laptop is a little heavier than I would have liked, but mostly, I am disappointed in the brightness and crispness of the screen. Overall, it seems to be working fairly well, although at times it doesn't want to chimney to my printer.

It’s a really good laptop. I just wish the battery life was better

Computer battery expanded pc is overheating and causing performance issues literally 40 days after purchase store was very uncooperative or willing to help out or support. Directed me straight to HP which now which im fighting for a replacement after being directed to ship it to a Depot. Cannot have downtime with a work from home job and lose money. BEST BUY HAS JUST LOST ALL THEIR BUSINESS WITH ME!!!!!

Great laptop until the speakers went out a week after I bought it I am returning it ASAP

The laptop is nice, the customer service was terrible.

This laptop is a piece of junk. Many normal native Windows Apps did not work out of the box and required advanced powershell knowledge to uninstall and reinstall. The webcam still doesn't work and HP wants $150 to support it. Nothing will download from the windows store to this device. I would definitely not buy this or recommend anyone buy this device.

I wanted to purchase a laptop and have it picked up by my son in law in Indianapolis, but nooooo I could not do that I had to have it shipped to my house? Whats up with that? Got it and the computer is nice. But It took a 1200 mile round trip for What?

I was very excited when I bought this computer, but unfortunately I could not get past the Windows setup process. The Windows setup just froze whenever I got to the wireless setup screen of the setup process. A shame, since it seemed like a really great computer otherwise.

Laptop died while setting up Windows. Screen won’t turn on. Keyboard and trackpad won’t work. Spend like 4 hrs with HP customer Service and eventually support person gave up and asked to return laptop and buy new one. Not buying HP again for sure

Sold me a used open box laptop .online it stated that stored jad open box for alot cheaper but store associated said they didnt have it regardless if the site stated store had open box for cheaper so with 2 profiles and 47 gb used when i open the taped box yea I guess race matters

Lasted only 4 days when Intel Processor failed; took laptop back to store and credited my purchase because your store did not have any HP laptop in store; took my business to another store ALTEX and they had a suitable laptop available and NOT another 7 to 10 day wait

Best Buy really needs to clarify to users the differences between S Mode and regular Windows. S Mode stands for something I won't spell in this review.

I didn’t use my laptop for more than a month before it started having issues. I sent it off to be repaired and I’m still waiting for it to be returned.

Nice looking laptop. Display/Screen went dark in less than 90 days. I had to hook up an external monitor to see the screen.

I really don't care for this computer . It constantly freezes
