This is a great laptop! I’ve been wanting, looking, shopping for an HP Pavilion 360 2 in 1 14” screen i5 core for nearly two years but could not afford one. Then, one day I was looking online and found a GREAT deal ($250 off! for only a few hours!) at Best Buy - so awesome!

My daughter bought me this laptop as a gift so I can further my education, so far it has done its job with no problems. My next purchase will be the pen that goes with the computer. I love the built-in Alexa, and how the screen can turn the laptop into a tablet.

I purchased this item for basic needs such as watching stocks, occasional web searches, and keeping photos or editing those photos. I downloaded a high graphic game and it looks great but it drains the battery life within hours. Touchscreen qualities are great and mainly the reason why i bought a 2 in 1 to begin with.

Solid laptop so far, great battery life, keyboard has just right amount of responsiveness, easy to travel with, overall satisfied with the purchase. Had some bloatware loaded (eg, free McAfee) to get rid of at the beginning but not as much as some other laptops I've purchased recently. Recommend.

So far, I love thel light aspect of this laptop, it is very convenient. It tends to have a touch pad that is sometimes a bit off when you touch it. I'm not sure why, if I had more time, I would just call support, but I'm on deadlines. Otherwise, it's worth the price for a PC.

Very nice laptop. I purchased for the size and the low voltage processor to have it run on the side and convert videos with Handbrake. This thing cranks through video conversions without heating my room up. Good quality laptop.

It took me a while to find a computer that had a big screen, touch screen, had enough ram that my partner can open many tabs, and the price was not too steep. This was the perfect gift. So far it’s been working fine and my partner loves it.

Holding back on 5 stars since it's been only 1 month experience with this computer. Set up was fairly simple. Performance is quick. Screen is gorgeous. However, there is so much more to explore and become familiar with. Within 6 months, expect an update and possible 5 star review.

I bought this laptop because it was an HP and it offered a lot of benefits. I was looking for a laptop that wasn't so big as to be uncomfortable. 14" is a perfect size, easy to handle and still not small and dinky.

I came into the store with one laptop in mind and I walked out with an even better one! This HP Pavilion meets and surpasses my expectations. And the sales person that assisted me with my choice really made a difference. I’m very pleased.

I originally got this as an emergency back up because my old laptop had some gotten amnesia, and forgot how to computer. The screen is smaller than I like, but it runs all the programs I need for school and will suffice until my old gaming laptop is properly repaired.

It's well built, I like the general feel of this laptop, but feel like the gloss-ish feeling of the keycaps makes them feel worn out. battery life is OK, I spend around 6 hours in a single charge, with the backlit kb on and around 75% brightness in the screen before it turns off. The screen is this laptop's downfall, the contrast rate is decent but the color accuracy isnt good at all (you simply have pale colors compared to your phone's screen, its very noticable even when compared with 100% SRGB panels) IO is ok, but I would've loved to see a USB-C charger out of box. My speakers crackle a bit when on full volume, IDK if its a defect or if they're supposed to be that bad. But for the price, I couldn't really ask for more, especially with the build quality which is easily this laptop's strongest point for me.

It’s an amazing computer I love that it can flip over!! I would say it does get pretty warm when charging and using it but so far it’s been great, I’m gonna be a student in the fall and hopefully it gets me through my last 3 years of college :)

I truly LOVE this HP laptop! I’m not one to rave, but it was immediately clear that this product is“user friendly”! The brightly backlit keyboard is a perfect size and much more comfortable than many other larger and/or smaller dedicated brands. Plus, the ability to access and customize three individual “Home Screens” for work or play, is not only genius, but just plain fun!! It is also a no-brainer for those who are working remotely.

Bought this laptop for work purposes, mostly using word documents and PDF files, while also needing virtual meeting capabilities without compromising on processing speed or multi-functionality. The laptop is super quick with plenty of features, including the fingerprint scanner. I would recommend for anyone looking for a midline laptop than can do anything less than serious gaming.

Super performing laptop, Windows 11 boots up really fast with the 512 GB SSD. Microsoft Office 365 apps performance is excellent!! As far as laptops go, fastest laptop I worked with. A MUST for home or business use.

Great buy. Bought it for my wife since we wore out the last laptop and needed another home one instead of our work chromebooks. Great looks and style to it. Nice features - runs great. For the price, was more than expected.
